A beautiful hotel overlooking the Schonbrunn Palace which is magical. Thank you for your hospitality we will be back.

Decent and nice hotel near the Schönbrunn Palace and gardens. Don’t expect anything fancy or trendy design. It’s good, it offers good service and the location is great. The metro station is nearby and gets you to the city centre directly.

Nice and classy hotel near the metro station with a nice big room and okay beds. The staff of the hotel gives no explanation of breakfast location or whatever so you need to ask this yourself.
The room had a strange dusty smell and whas very noisy. We found a underwear set ( wich was not ours ), very nasty. The breakfast was very good with a large variety of products.response / report this review -

Very nice hotel. Great breakfast. Bathroom with a tub- yay! This is a big spot for conventions but still treats the normal people well too.

Very good location to zoo and various good locations. Parking is very expensive. About 26 euro per day.

Perfect! We were so lucky to be upgraded to a room with a balcony (which was bliss with such hot weather). Beautiful art deco interiors and cosy bar area. Fantastic breakfasts on offer with the choice to sit inside or out. Across the road is a two minute walk to either the train station, if you want to get into central Vienna (short 15 minute ride) or Schonbrunn Palace entrance. A good selection of cafes/restaurants around, as well as the Hotel's own restaurant (could not fault the food or presentation). Would definitely recommend this hotel and will happily come back for another visit. Thank you.

Cheaper than most hotels, but the parking is not free. I think the apartments were reconstructed to fit for the purpose. Perfect location for tourists.

Excellent service. Everyone is nice and professional at all times. The breakfast is also amazing. They serve a European style (various breads with a variety of cold cuts and cheeses) along with a typical American breakfast (cold cereals, eggs, bacon).

If you are looking for a hotel close to Schönbrunn this is really good. To far away from the city center. Good breakfast. Big rooms, really small toilet. Not able to close to the door.

Rooms are okay for a short stay. Staff very helpful and efficient. Breakfast extensive but finishes at 10:30 sharp. Restaurant nothing special, would suggest eating at the many other restaurants found in Vienna.

The room we had is a suite. Beautiful and finely appointed. Air con was not working but it's cold during December so not a huge problem.
The rain though is incredibly loud due to a lot of flat surfaces outside the rooms. Ear plugs recommended.
Located close to public transport to get into central Vienna. Takes 20 mins.
Spitting distance from the zoo which is awesome.
