Right by the bus station, good atmosphere and very friendly staff. Beds were comfortable and showers were great and clean.

Nice hotel. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was great. The Deal breaker are the very very thin Walls. When someone walk down the hall you hear it in the room.

First off, excellent breakfast buffet - one of the best I've had. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because the rooms feel like jail cells in that they are cold and empty feeling. They are nice but not 'four-star hotel' nice. Location and service were good. WiFi never worked.

Booked 6 days stay from 19 to 24 Oct and requested for early check-in at 7am. I know its too early but they can charge half-day rate or something. Reached hotel but was told no room. Okaythen I asked how soon can I get a room? The less than friendly receptionist wasn't helpful at all. Someone checked out at 7am but the guy told me housekeeping only comes in at 7am and it isn't easyI mean, for real? How long does it take to clean a room? It just takes some initiative to please a paying customer. More people checked out at 8.30am and here I am still waiting at 11am wondering if I will eventually have to wait till 2pm? No initiative whatsoever to help customer. Worst hotel ever. Given the choice, I wouldn't even give it 1 star

The staff personnel at the reception offered a very poor attendance quality, difficulties and a lack of interest in passengers questions. On top there is poor space too handle comfortly the luggage in the rooms. Very good beds and pillows, as well as breakfast and dinner.

Large sitting area. Tourist hotel. The concept in the room is ultra modern. Overall the room was very comfortable and energy efficient. The bathroom shower is large but no tube. It's fine for me but some people might not approve. No Shower door for privacy so if your shy your out of luck. Bed was soft and pillows we're firm. Good experience. Would like to stay here again.

Rooms are small.. Onpy bed and bathroom are there.. No coffee machine neither water cattle.. Reception is not friendly at all! Location is a little on side. I would say you can find bettet place with the same deal in Vienna.

The roomz hote is home away from homethe l customer service is over and beyondmy room is clean, comfy, and tastefully furnished.. The bar is in lobby and well stock and comes alive at night with good people ..I had s great experience. The is better value for moneyI highly recommend without any reservation

It's a very modern hotel using bold colors in their decor. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very friendly. One front desk staff didn't give us the proper directions to Belvedere so we got lost a bit. But that's ok. Free WiFi but the password is only one time use so we had to get new codes the next day from the front desk which was not as convenient as other hotels. Location wise it's very close to an Underground station but away from the city centre. Very close to a big supermarket and drug store. So we were able to buy water and snacks easily. They don't have shampoo in the hotel so we had to go buy one ourselves. One down side is they don't have a fridge in the rooms so if you want to store something you would have to bring it to the front desk.

The rooms are okay and functional. It is a perfect hotel for a city trip in Vienna. The breakfast is awesome - you can even make fresh juice from vegetables and friuts!!! Really good! It is close to a underground station and the bus terminal is also in walking distance. Therefore you can reach the city center very fast. Good hotel with a fair price.
