My bedroom on the second floor was top notch. Comfortable large bed, clean room, perfect shower. Staff in all instances were friendly and helpful. A word of caution though, if you're looking for a good meal, maybe steer clear of the hotel restaurant

Great staff. Beautiful design. Perfect location. Wifi could be better; constantly having to agree to the captive portal terms.

They r asking extra money for everything but bed for €175 per night. Sleeping in a park is better than this hotel.

Your typical 4 star hotel, including nice and clean rooms, roomservice, minibar, english speaking reception and bar/restaurant.

Considering the price, the hotel has very little to offer. The standard is average, there are no slippers nor bathrobes in the room. One even has to pay for the waterand this is supposed to be a four star hotel? All of the above has always been free in all of the 4* and most of the 3* stars hotels I have been visiting across the globe. A bit disappointing and there are definitely better hotels in Vienna, which are even cheaper.

Really enjoyed my stay here prior to a cycling tour to Budapest. Rooms were exceptionally clean, bright and comfortable and the breakfast buffet each day was amazing, especially the coffee and selection of artisan breads and baking. The location is beautiful, situated beside the Danube with lots of green space to walk, cycle or just enjoy the views. Special thanks to the staff who turned my earrings into the lost and found when I left them upon departing. The hotel sent them by mail and I am grateful to have them back :)

Nice hotel next to the "Alte Donau". Rooms are not up to date. Very friendly staff and a good restaurant at the entry level.

Ideal hotel when visiting ECR: nice location, metro station nearby, direct bus to airport. Good service, friendly staff.

Excellent stay, from start to end. Dinner was very good, and breakfast a buffet with lots of options. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Would come back.

This was our first stay in your hotel and if you wish we have a number of recommendations for improving.

We requested a double bed - by personal phone call - as the picture (Upgrade paid for to suite) on the site showed two singles pressed together but got a round bed with very hard mattress and with ceiling mirror in a strange shaped room, despite the promises of the lady on duty (by email!) that a double mattress would be placed on the 2 single beds. We changed the next day to suite 234 which was much better. Both rooms have totally too little closet space for hanging clothing. The first room had a mirror in front of which to hang the coats! The open showers cause the floor to get wet and slippery. The "free of charge minibar" was not refilled despite our complaint and promises to refill. The breakfast was not up to standard - cold fried eggs etc. Normally there is open cooking by a chef in this standard of hotel.

Staff was very friendly. Please consider my criticism as meant to improve the experience.

    Best regards

    Glenn

This hotel is opposite the VIC and on the U1 line into Vienna City. It also has an airport bus stop at the door making it extremely convenient for international travellers going to conferences or just visiting the City. We found the staff extremely helpful. The hotel room was good size, clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a good range to select from. When dining in, the selection on the menu was very good. Overall the food quality was excellent.
Having stayed in other hotels on several previous visits to Vienna, I think this hotel represents value for money and I would stay there again.
