A bit far from center but still good location. Need 15 minutes to get to the first U ban Alser Straße. In overall good value for money. There are shops and restaurants with good prices

The hotel itself as well as breakfast were nice, however we had a very unpleasant incident happen to us. We left a fairly expensive pocket knife in the room. Literally 10 minutes after a checkout we wrote an email that we forgot it there and almost instantly got a response then that there was no knife. I insisted again (as i was 100% sure it was there as both my husband and i witnessed him putting it in a secure spot so our daughter cant get it in case she wakes up early). They looked and emailed that they had found a knife and we could get it back on our ride back, We stopped at that hotel again to specifically get said knife. And they gave us a PAPER KNIFE wrapped in paper! This was almost like a joke given that the knife we forgot was 500$ worth. Bottomline: im pretty sure the cleaning staff took it.

The Hotel was near to train stations. The food for breakfast was okay. Our room was also clean and able to attend our needs

Nice hotel to stay over night.
The parking at the hotel it's very expensive, but you can find on the street near the hotel.
Also the breakfast it's quite expensive for what it is.

I like this place, but it is definitely different than hotels are in the US. Great service. Inadequate air conditioning. Great price for a room. Leaves something to be desired for the American that doesn't travel often.

The Hotel Senator is fine. It's not the most comfortable or luxurious but it has everything it really needs. Breakfast is good but it can get very crowded down there in the mornings. Staff is pretty good but not the most accomodating, but perhaps I'm just used to American hotels.

Very helpful friendly staff. Free WiFi. Clean smart rooms with aircon. little out of the centre of Vienna but very good transport connections, so not a problem for us.

Excellent location, transportation to downtown right our frontroom was good but dont get the room on the top floor in the corner..620very warmOnce we got the AC workingit was fine..Spacious room. Open the window and get the real flavor of the view of Vienna. neighborhoods are great.
Staff was great and enjoyed the breakfast. Supermarket right down the street with the staff recommending great restaurants nearby.
