Very clean, nice bath. Four star from me because breakfast staff is unprofessional and not adequately trained.

Good hotel with clean and large rooms, good facilities, ok restaurant, with reasonable price. Walking distance to school run palace and direct metro to westbahonf from where it's easy to reach the city center. No loyalty program thought.

good hardware insufficient software staff untrained and unfriendly
front desk had no reservation waited for 30 min at the desk
at 5 pm asked for manager have been told not present
bought 3 day parking ticket ticket did not work another 15 min wait
answer from f/o staff "das ist nicht unsere garage"
not one time a "sorry"
without comment a fruit platter which we could not eat since dried out
no soap in shower during whole stay
housekeeping forgot cleaning stuff in bathroom
head housekeeper knocking on door even do not disturb sign on
no manager in sight nowhere
suggestion : have a manager with operations priority and improve software

The Austrian Trend Hotel Park Royal Palace is a wonderful place to stay and overnight when u travel to vienna :) The Service is Exzellent! The rooms are pure luxury and realy big. If u ever plan to visit vienna overnight at Austrian Trend Hotel Park Royal Palace :) greetens froh vienna

Great hotel from all points of view except that the free wifi is horrible. 3 different rooms (we travelled with multiple people) all with full signal in their rooms, complaining about how slow and glitchy the actual internet connection was. I'm currently travelling to Prague and the train has internet multiple times faster and more stable than what the hotel had

A good modern-style hotel with spacious rooms but due to the large number of visitors customer service could be improved by adding more staff.

Good place for a night. rooms very well fitted. executive lounge offers food and drinks late at night and a light breakfast. it comes free with the business room. breakfast is very nice. next public transport right in front of hotel. parking garage available.

Rooms are of very reasonable size. The hotel itself is very spacious also and well taken care of.
WiFi lacks coverage in certain areas and don't expect early entrance to the restaurant if you're up early.response / report this review -

Perfect 4-star hotel. Air-conditioning, which was pretty handy during my visit to Vienna (5 days of around 30°C). Excellent breakfast with a lot of choice. Private storage. Card as a room key.
