Bad Experience today. Had an appt with Orthopedic Dr (Biju ) at 5pm missed it due an emergency at home when arrived at 7 pm Dr refused to accept me reason I missed the appt.

Zulekha Hospital claims they care for patients this way they do really care for their patients.
If DR cannot take patients than they should open their own clinic and accept patient which they like.

There should be action taken against such issues what if I was in really bad situation and wanted to see the Dr.

I was checked by another Dr. Pradeep he’s excellent and very friendly.

I like the setting of the hospital. Peace of mind , especially the music. Fortunately, on my first visit they called for my appointment on time. I guess its was morning time and only one patient before me. I don’t know about evening time and weekends.

I am surprised to see the ratings for Zulekha hospital Sharjah. The service from the hospital is the example how worst it can be, nothing less than this. I had two incidents in this hospital with in last two months. The staff in the hospital ( whom we contacted) are not interested to give any support to the patient and they are not interested even if the patient die on the spot. They do not respond properly and behave as if they are doing a charity to us. I request the authority to look into the matter.

Very poor customer service of insurance department will not recommend any one to visit waste their time. Kindly visit another hospital and even in case of emergency still do not visit them.

A Great Hospital Company but certainly not very doctors of the Sharjah Branch hospital have the same effort to maintain it as a Great Hospital.

We are very much disappointed to visit Dr. Arif Adanwala with my 3 Years Baby Girl Yusra.

Not will be certainly suite if I call him a master of offering Glass as Solution for all types of Eyes issues because, He straight came to the solution of offering the glass even without asking us, why we visited him.

She had redness on top of mainly one eyelid skin. It get worsen when ever she comes out in Sun. She feel to rub it always then it get worsen further.

However, He prescribed some medicine and call to visit back in a week time. We visited and interesting part that He did not even again asked “ How is the redness and itching “ but He as I said before, talked about the process and procedures of Glass.

She got no benifits even after a week of his medicine.

So, pls give time to your Customer. Give the solution they came for then offer extra finding that will be Certainly Great.

I am really shocked how could Zulekha hospital got this high rating in
google review. they are manipulating the reviews !!!!

This hospital is the worst ever you could visit in Middle east.

unqualified doctors just looking for money by writing as much as they can of tests. PLUS their history of medical mistakes that reached to death in many cases

There are many much better options hospitals than this "human repair workshop" , i am really wondering why people risk their live with them!!

If you still not believing my very honest review you can just give them a try and you will believe !

The worse management ever. If u have no value for time and wanna have a picnic at the hospital please visit here. Few tips no need for appointments coz either way u will wait 1hour minimum (if ur lucky hence the picnic tent) .

Oh i was only taking about consultation so before u think u can leave after 1 hour of wait on ur lucky day with appointment you will be in 4 a great surprise as the pharmacy que will greet u with a smile. Its as if ur out shopping on a black friday sale.(PS dont think of going out and instead getting ur medicines from other pharmacies to save time as they will not give u a claim form unless u ask for it specially and by now u must have an idea what u must do to get it.. u guessed it WAIT as your doc will have to fill it who is so busy that appointments are lagging by a minimum of 1 hour.haha I dont know but its so bad that its funny ;)

Enjoy the day trip.:)

And just to add icing on the cake they are now charging for fast trac vip service. Imagine its so bad that its now worth charging for ;)

One of the worst facilities in emergency section. Staff is least bothered irrespective of patient condition. Today (19-NOV-2017) i reached in Emergency in Sharjah Zulekha, time to start the treatment was about 45 mins.
Procedures are so lengthy and staff is very casual for emergency.

PLEASE AVOID ZULEKHA SHARJAH IN CASE OF ANY EMERGENCY

Pharmacy staff are disgusting. the way how they ignore and delayed. simply just sitting and not calling patients waiting in queue. really disgusting.it's like Indian government hospital or Railway staff.

Impressive hospital with amazing staff. They do care patients very well. They provide all the facilities for the patients including the food daily 4 times if you are admitted in hospital.

They have well qualified doctors for every department.

Their patient rooms are very clean and spacious which comprises of TV, couch and spacious rest room.

They have huge parking space behind the hospital.

Poor service! Cardiologists are not available most of the time even after booking appointments. I had 3 unfortunate visits at this hospital for which I will always curse myself. Waste of time and money. Feels like a fish market. Not organized at all. No one is there to welcome or guide new patients. Need token and keep waiting for your turn just to speak to receptionist!

Me and my wife had surgery from Zulekha. The service had been decent. Doctors are polite and pros.
The maternity area us normally overcrowded but their services are still up to mark.

Pediatricians are well experienced and very professional.I always consult Dr. davinder Singh Saluja and Dr.Narendar Pal Singh. Awesome doctors. I had two delivery in zulekha dubai. Excellent service. Will definitely recommend it everyone. Of course, very expensive and must improve the waiting time of the patients.

In Zulekha Gynecology department, THE best doctor is Dr Jasbir Singh. We are regular to Zulekha for past 7 years and my first child was born under another doctor in Zulekha, still experience was good as a whole. Hearing good things about Dr Jasbir, we decided to be under her for our second child. My wife had a c-section delivery under Dr Jasbir two weeks back, we could not but share our feeling about this doctor. According to my wife, tho doctor has got magic hands! She is definitely one of best assents Zulekha Hospital has. Hospital doesn't matter but the doc giving treatment does matter the most. Personally we were not very happy with Zulekha overall service this time, but this doctor made us forgetting all to make me putting 5 star for the hospital!!!

Its too too expensive hospital, charges are very high. In there website they mention that C section delivery will cost AED 13500 (attached) but for us bill was like AED 21400 app. Our insurance has approved AED 15000 and we had to pay AED 6400 which is a lot for normal earning person. NOTE: Must say doctors and staff are highly professional (5*)
