  They turning you away now saying that they don’t have the second shot of the vaccine. What’s the point of sending me a confirmation of appointment message 24 hours ago. They could have been more proactive and called their incoming patients that don’t drive all the way down here. Complete day wasted!

  This was one of the worst visit I had. The person outside was shouting without any reason to all. Even i was with my pregnant wife she is traveling in 2 days but the one who was their was shouting and said that the result will come only after 3 days so we can't test their. At-least he can say it in a polite way. He was very eager to send as back.

  I waited for 6 hours , and when I went to ask for an update the employee there told me keep waiting the priority is for local people. So disappointed.

  Very poor customer service.. i called so many times since yesterday finally today they received the call but the response was of no use.. i didnt got answer of my queries..
  The staff at the reception is not cooperative and they dont even know what to answer !! 😡😡😡😡😡

  The worst for Covid Test. Had to wait 3 hrs even my que number was 23. Just imagine if you are at 50. U need whole day to spend in hot weather in a hot camp outside the premises. And result waiting time is 4 days. Not recommended at all for covid test.

  Worst clinic ever, so slow no employees no regulation. You got to have a senior patience or to be free for 24 hours to get a simple check up. I went there for flu shot and I have been waiting for my turn for more than 50 min, then I left because I have others things to do. Definitely the worst I bet all the good review from the employees cousin's and friends. This is the 2nd time I have been wasting my time for nothing. I will not come here again.

  Cooperative staff, neat and tidy, less crowdy.. Best for child’s vaccinations. Appointments comparatively available in this health center for new born vaccinations then others

  مركز كبير ونظيف ويعمل طوال أيام الاسبوع. وتعامل جيد من العاملين سواء الإداريين او الطاقم الطبي.

  Quick, helpful staff. The opening hours are the best and its close to home. Most of the time the diagnosis is right, and sometimes it could go wrong even with the medication dosage. Everything prescribed should be checked and discussed to be on the safe side. If things didn't work well for more than two days, seek specialist advice.
