Very slow service. I took my baby for vaccination and need to wait for hours for my number to come.The nurse staff keep gossiping and chatting among themselves and when I asked them they told me to wait for my turn.

Very bad attitude and behavior of the lady at the reception who answers the calls. I had a very bad experience today. She did not allow me to tell my concern. Just hung the call in hurry. I called 10 to 12 times and everytime I called she heard my voice and cut the call or kept me on hold. Requesting the Manager ger of this clinc to please take immediate action as I don't think she is able to address people's concerns. I think she prefers only Arabic speaking customers.
There should be someone who can address others genuine concerns too.

I am giving 1 only because of doctor's and nurses and the vaccinations provided by the government of Sharjah, the front office staff in this clinic especially an old boss lady treating all patients like garbage, she needs a basic customer experience training, if she cannot improve then stick action should be taken against her, she should be removed, monitoring her behavior from past 4 years nothing changed, if someone from MOH or Al Refa management is reading this comment please take action, as she is the only one who is ruining the patient experience at the clinic where best of the class services are being provided by MOH, Al Refa and government of Sharjah to the locality of this area. Thank you.

Dear respected reader good day,
I’ve visited this clinic on 16th February 2020 evening for booking of my baby's vaccination but unfortunately as per that receptionist told timing for this kind of booking will be between 08:00am to 12:00pm,
accordingly i reached there on next day around morning 7.55 and seated near to reception, exact 8:00am i wondered and my experience was awesome, all staffs are seated in their seats and started their services, i reported and scheduled one appointment my convenient time and nearest available date for vaccination.
So please keeping this 08:00-12:00 timing and kindly keep below docs in your hands.
1. EID of your baby
2. Tenancy contract
3. Medical card of your baby from birth hospital.

പ്രിയപ്പെട്ട ബഹുമാന്യരായ വായനക്കാർക്ക് നല്ല ദിവസം,
എന്റെ കുഞ്ഞിന്റെ വാക്സിനേഷൻ ബുക്ക് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി ഞാൻ 16/02/2020 ന് വൈകുന്നേരം ഈ ക്ലിനിക്ക് സന്ദർശിച്ചു, പക്ഷേ നിർഭാഗ്യവശാൽ, റിസപ്ഷനിസ്റ്റ് പറഞ്ഞതനുസരിച്ച് ഇത്തരത്തിലുള്ള ബുക്കിംഗിനുള്ള സമയം രാവിലെ 08:00 മുതൽ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12:00 വരെ ആയിരിക്കും,
അതനുസരിച്ച് ഞാൻ അടുത്ത ദിവസം രാവിലെ 7.55 ന് അവിടെയെത്തി റിസപ്ഷന് സമീപം ഇരുന്നു, കൃത്യം രാവിലെ 8:00 ന് ഞാൻ അത്ഭുതപ്പെട്ടു, എന്റെ അനുഭവം ഗംഭീരമായിരുന്നു, എല്ലാ സ്റ്റാഫുകളും അവരുടെ ഇരിപ്പിടങ്ങളിൽ ഇരുന്നു അവരുടെ സർവീസുകൾ ആരംഭിച്ചു, ഞാൻ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യുകയും ഷെഡ്യൂൾ ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്തു. വാക്സിനേഷന് ലഭ്യമായ ഏറ്റവും അടുത്ത തിയ്ക്ക് നന്നെ ലഭിച്ചു.

مركز صحي حكومي بصراحه جميع الموظفين متعاونين ولكن يرجى تنبيه الممرضات خاصة بان هذا مركز حكومي طبي وعليهم انها إجراءات المرضى بأسرع وقت وبصراحة هناك من الأطباء الرائعين
