  The medical services from Aster Clinic, King Faisal Road, Sharjah is excellent. I am using their service from 2018. Dr. Mathew Thomas ( Dermatology Specialist) is a great doctor. He is very understanding and listens to my concerns every time. I had seen him taking time with the patients to help them with their health issues. Smt. Shilpa (Nurse) and all the staff members are always helpful and kind. They always ensured I had a smooth appointment and follow-up. Now my health condition is better. I am so glad I chose Aster Clinic, King Faisal Road, Sharjah and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone. God Bless

  Big name but poor service.First counter are too busy very less counter but a lot patient waiting in cue second staff are not paying attention to any question your are referring to. Waiting for 3 hours to make check up. if you have a choice other than aster clinic please do so. service is very slow and inconvenient that keep on telling you to wait and wait and wait such a waste of time👎👎👎

  Pathetic management. Waiting about 5 hours and stills counting.Nobody from staff has any idea about whats going here.

  My father was recently there,, the charges are so horrific for a simple procedure,, and not the right material used,,
  They insist in admitting the patient to make more money,, but had to come away from there with force.,,
  
  we have done the same procedure back in kerala with right material and expertise service and a minimum charges and never had to stay in clinic..
  
  CAUTION: GREED FOR MONEY ..HORRIBLE AND DANGEROUS SERVICE..

  Aster king Faisal is the worst clinic of all, on every complain they say it will not happen again. My appointment is at 1810 and while I write to you it’s 1813. The doctor called in a walking patient at 1807. Guess it’s better not to take an appointment and just walk to the face of the doctor. Really the worst clinic

  1 star is almost OK , it is strange with your big name !!! If my experience in there matters please check this out, Counters are less than need we wait too much in line , the second horrible thing is when to send to take approval on a blood test or scan or whatever, mostly they send approval with missing documents which leads to more time of waiting ,and you have to call insurance to know what is the problem then they tell you let the clinic call us and you are running and struggling while you are sick to accelerate the process and if you guys in Aster want to see how fast is this thing happening go to prime medical center which is 100 meter away from you to learn what they do , the respond of the insurance takes maximum 5 min. in there !! so it is not my insurance company's problem for sure the delay, Aster is the best choice when you want to waste your time and make the sick guy more sick because of waiting.

  I had taken appointment at 7:10 pm reached at 6:55pm, but still waiting for my turn it's 7:55 pm now one hour waiting even after appointment. Just waste of time. Even after so many bad review management is not doing anything to improve customer satisfaction. Doctors are good, but you need to improve you waiting time and administration.

  I write this review while seated in this unprofessional organization specially this particular branch. It’s not just over crowded, it’s lacks to respect the appointments. I have an appointment at 0930 but the doctor is attending to a non appointment patient. Wonder why there is a need for us to take an appointment and be here on time. They will never improve hope the lousy insurance companies stop supporting them with business

  Clinic is becoming over crowed. The moment you step in to the clinic you can feel the rush as the registration counters are on the doorstep and there you can see people waiting in 3-4 lines and counter is occupied with only 2 staffs most of the time. Need atleast 3 counter for registration during peak time. Cashier counter has the same issues one staff for all the billing and he is always busy with a heap of files. The staffs and doctors are extremely good, but the overall process is very time consuming.

  Had very bad experience with sharjah Aster (King Faisal Branch)clinic .Their service is really pathetic and very slow. They make you wait for 3 - 4 hours to consult with doctor.
  
  In Our first experience ,they suggested for the scan in bur dubai, giving us wrong information that there are no scanning centers available in Sharjah under our insurance....
  Today I had to wait more than 3 hours to see the GP and eventually left without seeing the doctor.
  
  We cannot find a responsible person to explain our issues to and clear our doubts.
  
  They focus more on making a business than providing good service to their patients.The receptionists frustrate you and the service is so pathetic that it spoils your entire day . It is a horrible clinic focused only on business and not at all concerned about their patients.

  One of the best Clinics in Sharjah. Very polite staff, great customer support. I had the best experience and I got very good medical care from there and I had the service of an experienced Doctor.   If you wanna feel humiliated then kindly visit this place you would probably start hating yourself for getting sick. The most unprofessional & non cooperative staff especially para medical staff. Doctor and nurses are far better than the whole system. Kindly someone give them more training that how to welcome a patient who already is going through so much and not to make it more worse! Thanks.

  For the past week each and every visit I’m spending 2 to 3 hours here in this place. Very poor quality of service. Even for fallow ups we have to wait this long?? Doctor was so good in knowledge and caring that makes me come to this place. Spending 2 hours or more makes you more sick as so many people carrying Infectious disease staying with you for hours and hours.

  Reception is extremely slow, 5 minutes with the customer so if u have 3 ahead you will wait 15 minutes at least.
  Paediatric doctor is shuffling the queue, then you will wait longer for no reason. Spent two hours there to check on my son.. Big fail!!
  Even the medicine given by the paediatric doctor didn't work at all, in the second day my son's condition GOT WORSE. we had to see another REAL PAEDIATRIC
  That place deserves one star only for cleanliness.

  Today we had a very bad experience with your medical centre in King Faisal Street, Sharjah. After checking with your helpline and as per the instructions from them we visited your medical centre as walk in patient to meet pediatrician for my kid who was having high temperature. To our surprise, the guy sitting at the front desk informed us that pediatrician will not accept any walk in patients and the appointment is full for today and will be available on next day if required. In such cases, do we need to take appointments prior to the disease or discomfort? Especially in kids matter, we cannot get to know the things in advance. We spend almost one hour at the clinic since the instruction got from helpi line was wrong and incomplete. So Kindly request you to update any such information/ condition on your website or helpline in order to avoid visiting your medical centre unnecessarily.

  Right now 11:10am, I booked an appointment with general physician at 10 am and am still waiting because I have to show my reports to the doctor. Conveniently pushing and making patients with booked appointments into categories making them wait this way! Do we have to wait for one and half hr for consulting doctor with test reports even after booking an appointment? ? And the reception is so crowded without proper management.

  The clinic is relocated just 150 meter away from its previous locations with more comfort space. Dr.Abey Abraham, a very good physician available here. Always take a prior appointment, the doctor is always busy.
