Very bad service operators are very poor..!! If we want to connect to the doctor they don’t connect and e1 doctor the don’t take their patients seriously.. they just want to make money.. not responsible at all..

Dr. Natarajan - I heard from my friends - you as a good doctor. But I am going one step further to also to recommend you as a great human being.
Thanks for teaching me the difference between Fact and Faith: Fact is when any ordinary doctor diagnoses illness in a report. Faith is when good doctors like you give their patients the strength to recover.
Only for the reason Dr. Natarajan is there, honestly saying I am stepping into NMC, because I had very tough experience with knowing the lab reports.
Kindly consider it as a suggestion, make the reports online and once it is ready let the customers informed thru sms like how good the service is rendered by Zulekha hospital to their patients. Hope so the suggestions will have an effect and update the system of service to the patients.response / report this review -

I had been to Sharjah, UAE to visit a friend. As her baby was ill for a few days..
We took her to Sharjah NMC.which is close by to our residence
As soon as we arrived at the reception , a few ladies of the staff cordially invited us in
And collected all our details.. since we had left in a hurry my friend was
unable to get all the documents. Nevertheless they summoned a nurse
who whisked her away to the appropriate department .
With the assurance that my friend and baby are in safe handsi just took a tour of the
Hospital.. I was pleasantly surprised with the professional attitude of the
front office staff the cleanliness of the hospital. and the various
departments functioning like well oiled machinery
We had a consultation with Dr.Lulu who was very friendly and put all our
fears to rest.. asked in detail about the baby and introduced changes in
the diet and also prescribed medicines. The baby improved quite well
after following Dr.Lulu's instructions
I am very happy and impressed with the team at NMC Sharjah.response / report this review -

AMAZING hospitality, AMAZING Patient Handling, Delighted with the services, visited for dental appointment , had been to many OTHER hospitals and treatment were worse, but when VISITED NMC SHARJAH near corniche street am so delighted with their services even Dr.Shaheen is too good, she is very professional in her work as she did root canalling and its is so perfectly done as my case was serious and severe, but done very smothly, tons of thanks to Dr.shaheen, and NMC hospital , as they have very much professionally skilled doctors who understands the case and resolve it without any delays, and regards to INFRASTRUCTURE, they are well equipped, and clean, hygiene, and quite organised environment, overall i would like to say "AM DELIGHTED" thanks to NMC SHARJAH

They have the worst Pediatricians ever. I usually take my kids to them when i don't have any other options available, so by this you can understand how low i rate them. Anyway none of their Pediatricians have any clue what the problem is with the kid. They ask you to do unnecessary tests & starts antibiotics without actually knowing the cause of the sickness. All of them have experience from India which doesn't count here as the weather conditions in UAE are different then India. Well i wont recommend anyone to take your kids to them & waste your time & money as there are much better options available in Sharjah & Dubai.

Very bad experience to me. This morning I was visited hospital to get treatment with GP Doctor around 8.55 am, that time they told we have 3 regular patients + appointments. I was wait there more then one hour after that i ask to reception, they told to me today doctors continuously attend the appointment patients. Here i want to ask some question to Management. 1) At the time of my visit they confirmed 3 GP Doctors are available. So If they treat each patient 10 mints they can attend 18 patient but it not happens because I hope total visitors up to 10am maximum 18 only including all department patients. Something wrong in reception 2) If they attend only appointment patients, Why they are accepting regular patients. 3)Diseases are not coming with appointments, It is sudden visit, hence they can treat regular patient also periodically. Don't know about rest of the doctors, but I'm only commenting here for Dr kavya dinakar (gyno).
Very well experienced and very helpful Dr. Describes everything in detail. Satisfied her patients. Often give answer on calls as well.i would recommend her as the best Dr I found.response / report this review -

Bad service despite fixing appointment twice was cancelled at the last minute giving no valid reasons . Never recommend this type of facilities to any one who is in search of hospital in emergency .
