My wife delivered last week. The staff surpassed my hospital experience expectation. We felt we have been treated with care. It was really great service and great people especially the nurses and theatre staff, as they are accommodating, professional, skilled and empathetic, plus they always keep their smiles even we are asking many questions. I am a professional pharmacist also and just started working in UAE, I was really impressed with the skill and helpful attitude of all the staff.

I have undergone the hernia surgery - scarless with laser.
I was given a proper care and treatment in a very protected atmosphere. Right from the senior doctors to subordinate doctors and duty staff are very friendly and cooperative. Made me feel very safe.
I am surprised and happy that everything went on so smoothly.

Great experience. Wonderful staff. State of art equipment. Saw Dr IYAAD. He has treated (my) difficulty and condition so professionally. I had visited many hospitals with little benefit. Saved my marriage and life. The nurses in outpatient are very very GOOD. Up to date most recent technology and fantastic service. For Dr Iyaad and your team- five stars for a great service.

I came for gall bladder surgery and was treated like a VIP. Dr Mustafa is very kind. Brilliant surgeon. I have been to many hospitals in my life, but never encountered such friendly and flexible staff, especially the nurses in the in patient ward. I want to thank everyone involved with this hospital. Perhaps one of the best dentist experiences I’ve had here in Sharjah I only wish I discovered them sooner! It started when I spoke with Iran at reception who was polite and informative. She arranged an appointment urgently as I was in pain. After a thorough and informative consultation with Dr. Afsha, I needed to get 2 fillings done plus a teeth cleaning the following day. It was painless, easy, and Dr. Afsha was transparent throughout the entire process (she also needed to fill out some detailed dental forms for me). Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable dentist.

my friend delivered recently at this private hospital, the experience which she had in the maternity ward was amazing, very friendly nurses always pleasant and proactive. The pediatrician was excellent, explained every minute details of baby care in depth with patience. We will surely recommend this hospital.

Amazing and great experience. Just had my baby and we are both doing fine. Doctor Bhavna was super helpful and my delivery process was SO smooth and easier than I thought. NO issues with my baby and I. The nurses were always there to check on us and always ready to provide the care we needed. Good staff. Best hospital experience in Sharjah. My family is so happy

Just got back from the hospital after my first endoscopy. Great staff and quick procedures. In at 12pm, admitted by 12.20, prepared for procedure by 12.40 and waiting outside the operation theatre. Doctors and nurses all emanate a calm and friendly demeanor. Normally an endoscopy would be something people worry about but from the moment I stepped into the hospital till the moment I left, I was taken care of the processes done with optimal efficiency. Great experience today, probably wouldn't want to visit a hospital again but if I had to, Central Private is pretty damn good at what they do.

Good doctors who will listen to you and treat you well. The nurses are very skilled and make you feel at home. I visited Emergency Dept for chest pain and was seen immediately. I am v thankful to Dr Sanaa for looking after me . She is best doctor in Dubai.

I had a wonderful experience in the hospital. Ii have had two deliveries and am thankful for the care given by dr Chandra Kala. She guided me through the pregnancy and the delivery. The Labour room staff are so helpful. Dr Ahmed pediatrician is very good with babies.

Nice place to go for fast efficient affordable treatment. Clean and hygienic. Went for keyhole / laparoscopy surgery for hernia. Had many options in more expensive nearby hospital but preferred surgeon at central private after speaking to him. Surgery was very clean and I am happy with the results . Also liked the food given.

Very good doctors in the emergency department. I have not seen the hospital advertise, they pass the savings onto patients by keeping price reasonable. Best time to visit is early morning when rush may be less and easy parking.

Successfully laser treatment for heartburn after went to many hospitals and only given medicine. Was suffering many year. My friend also had same laser operation by Dr. Mustafa. He is good surgeon. Spent a lot of time to discuss operation with me. Was in hospital for two days , the nursing staff are very good and look after you. Had some gases after surgery but now better. All in all cured!! V happy.

We were really happy with Central Private Hospital when our 11 month daughter got admitted last week. The pediatrician Dr. Ahmed Fatteh was very kind and diagnosed her illness with expert practice. Our stay was very comfortable, the nurses responded to all our queries without being annoyed. Just one nurse in the 3rd floor didn't exactly know what she was doing when she was administering the medicine for my baby and that's why the 4 stars.

Rather than the design change.
Could'nt find any changes in the performance in the last year.
Every times you can notice patients shouting at counters.

Worst hospital i visited in my life i wish there was 0 star not nothing is gud about this hospital this was my first and last time 0000000 service and stuff is rude they seem they dont like to begin worked or they are annoyed with u and the doctor dont care about the sick person u will see him coming 4 oclock afternoon to see u and everything is very slow slow slow very slow i had so bad experience and even a man was angry because they were care less

Hands down the worst hospital I have ever encountered. If there was a give zero stars options I would have picked that. The staff was rude, they refused to give us any answers as to when we would be seen. We have so far waited 4 hours with my wife having horrible stomach pain which apparently was not important to this facility. They have seen at least 15 people before us.

I was sent to the Emergency department by my GP for further assessment as I had trouble breathingg and chest pains. The doctor who saw me acted rather annoyed that they had to do all the tests they did on me, the doctor didn't think I had anything important. At the end the doctor said they doesn't know what I have, probably (but not surely) a cold virus, and I should go upstairs to the pharmacy and ask what to take. Then discharged me without even asking if I feel well enough to leave. This after I had repeatedly told the doctor I was alone and woke up in the middle of the night without being able to breathe and I need to know what is wrong so I treat it because if it happens again, I am alone and can't get to the hospital etc
I appreciate there are many urgent, serious cases coming through and by comparison this might have been nothing to the doctor, but I still don't think Their attitude showed any good level of care and even interest.
I ended up lying for a while on the waiting room seats crying because I felt too weak physically to leave and I was also afraid to go home alone. I got myself to the pharmacy within the hospital and the pharmacist was shocked I was sent there for them to advise me and no proper iindication from the doctor. 3 days later I still have the same issues and I can't work and I need to return to the gp and go through all over again.
