Great place for a fun night out. They have excellent specials like dim sum night as well as half price drinks nights. It's a dignified, classy place with great food. Best place for a night out first with dinner and then drinks and clubbing after (upstairs)

A beautiful luxury hotel in Jumairah. Nice luxurious room with an extended walk-ins bathroom. Excellent outdoor garden and beach access. Booked a 90min Butterfly massage, pricey but worth it. Highly recommended.

I love this hotel. Second stay here in 12 months. It has everything you could want. The hotel is an great position to get around Dubai. Nothing is more than 20 Min away. The hotel has 6-7 diff restaurants all of which are excellent. Their Friday brunch - bubblious is amazing and def worth doing. They have a few swimming pools too, and one specific for children. Can’t wait to come back here.

Good hotel with own beach but front desk is slow and if you want a good night sleep avoid rooms near their nightclub bar It can be very loud and you won't get much sympathy from front desk

A very nice and elegant hotel with all the facilities and a nice pool area. The restaurants are good too, especially El Sur. The lobby could use some reworking. The space itself is beautiful, but the furniture not very tasteful.
It's worth noting that the lobby is often crowded for some reason, and there's usually a long wait for a taxi.

Nice as usual! We are loyal customers to this hotel and we feel like home there.
Having said that the more and more buildings coming up in front of the hotel beach make it impossible to really enjoy the sea. It is actually becoming a very small lake instead.

Nice Hotel. The Jewellery has a great sales for Christmas, they are specialist in fine Colombian emeralds. Good option to buy inside the hotel. Safe and good quality.

This Westin exceeded my family's expectations. The service was great, the rooms were clean/spacious/lovely/modern. The executive floor longue was a huge bonus and the staff serving these rooms and doors were top.

The fee airport transfer with the executive floor was prompt, friendly, and made travel logistics so much more enjoyable.

Stayed in a sea view room, top floor. Room was very posh, clean, and close to elevators. It is exactly what you expect from a solid Westin.

The pools are outstanding. There was one very large River tide pool, but it is not a lazy river, as there is no current. On either end it connects to a bar area, one is for adults only, the other has a nice children's area as well.

The Westin shares amenities with the Meridian next doo, another pool and water sports equipment. It has a beautiful beach on the gulf, but don't plan on swimming in it over the pool because it is almost hot!

There are nine plus restaurants, all featuring different styles. The ones I ate at were excellent. you can also order food at the pool which is cheap but good. This Westin is very good for families and business Travelers alike. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely hotel, amazing breakfast buffet, and great pool area. Depending on your room location, the hotel's somewhat convoluted layout can be a bit of an inconvenience however. Our rooms were very nice, although there were several (mildly) broken fittings in need of replacement.

Perfectly located (beach access) hotel wide range of facilities ideal for chilling during hot Dubai days. However looks better from the outside than from the inside. Very friendly service. Pricey.

Simply the best hotel I've stayed yet. Home away from home. I actually felt "home-sick" on checking out.

The overall feeling is of not quite having a plan but individual parts are as good as it gets I am sure. The disappointments were, lack of films in the room ie none of any type, the shower by the pool was newer and better than my room, the tea cups in the room and common areas were tiny and style over substance, the buffet downstairs left a stale food smell throughout the hotel, certain areas inside allow smoking! I used to smoke and did here but would I had it not been allowed? Westin wellness anyone?, there was a focus on Dining and drinks as earnings as apposed to requirements (not uncommon), beach vista could be better and some areas felt like a in-between space without the flow that some others manage. Don't get me wrong I am being highly critical as I was paying I high price in my eyes and don't for a second think that the staff weren't attentive and helpful some exceptionally helpful and improved my stay ten fold but I always felt like this was a distraction to hide the cracks and the real money for the hotel came from outside events and non-residents. Sorry but almost forgot the free mobile phone in the room with city guides and offers was bloody fantastic and a really good idea and made our trips and local arrangements a easy time plus free international calls!!
