One of the better apartment buildings in Dubai if only from facilities option. Dukes hotel now opened at the end of the building which has only further added to food and beverage options for Oceana residences.
There is some new construction taking place on one side of the building, but this is Dubai afterall.

Beautiful view from the penthouse of oceana residence. Be careful to slow down if you're coming from SZR to Palm as there is a radar to welcome you to the island with speed set to 60km/hr. Entry to the building is a bit unconventional for many as you need to take a loop underground to get to where it's located.

Nice place for drinks and good steak with views over at the Marina. Live music in the winter and the pool is awesome if you've got your swimming gear with you.
