Average hotel
Pros:
Rooms are spacious and tidy
Very close to MOE
Cons:
Pricey
No theme or ambience of hotel and room
Bed is uncomfortable
Very small and outdated tv
Hospitality and customer service at reception is poor and unprofessional. Though the room service staff is nice and helpful, even engineer was helpful in fixing the power supply by arranging an additional extension near to the bed.response / report this review -

Hello everyone, As you all know me by now, once I write a review it would be the only 100% true, honest, and complete review you would ever get, My review deliver any place as if it's right front of you either by words, photos, videos or all together.
My reviews rate scale is from ((((1)))) to ((((10))))
>If I rate ((((1)))) = means run a way from this place it's horrible.
>If I rate ((((10))))= means WoW this place is awesome superb, you must visit.
OK Let's start :
A) *STAFF ATTITUDE* = (3)
Not so friendly, I would NOT consider them as professional.
B) *CHECK IN / CHECK OUT* = (3)
it took them so long time to find out the booking, they had no idea about the special request in the booking, requested a NON smoking unit, but they actually gave a smoking unit then changed it after complaining.
C) *CLEANLINESS* = (2.5)
It's not as clean as it should be, water was clogged in bathtub, no hygienic cleaning as it should be with such expansive price unit.
D) *ROOM DESCRIPTION* = (4)
>Big size unit, has living room and bedroom, 2 bathrooms.
>Water pressure is acceptable.
>Furnitures kinda old and over used.
E) *PRICE* = (2)
They are exaggerating with the price for such old units and furnitures.
F) *FACILITIES & AMENITIES * = (1.5)
Unfortunately I have not noticed nor seen any Amenities nor Facilities in here.
G) *BULDING & CONDITIONS* = (4)
Average old building, it has 8 floors, its in OK condition.
H) *PARKING* = (4)
They have parking but haven't been down there to write a review about it.
I) *LOCATION* = (5)
About 10 mints with fast walking, up to 20 mints with slow relaxing walking from hotel to "Mall of Emirates".
J) **RECOMMENDATIONS**
If you are a male intend to have a guest female friend or even a girlfriend coming to visit you, then forget it. this is NOT the right place for you, they won't allow any female comes to a single male up to his room. So be a ware of that😜
I gave (1 STAR) because they took too much time to check in, also because the way they didn't even care enough to read what a guest has requested in the booking. it's not really worth the price for such units and location.

The worst hotel i stayed in so far, the elevators and the room and the hall infront of the room you can always smell bad things, the lamps in our room got burned.

Loved the value for money. The beds were comfy and the room service was enough for my needs. Having a kitchen with plates and cutlery was also a great help. Would recommend ordering from Red Tomato as they deliver and it's nearby plus no fuss straight to your doorstep. Climate control is split between main living area and the big bedroom. Shower was fantastic. The shampoos and soaps were ok but there weren't enough toothbrushes. Loved the experience overall.

Wasn't a pleasant experience at all, the receptionist (Filipina) Was rude in talking and not welcoming at all..I would have fired her if I'm the manager there for such behaviorNOT RECOMMENDED PLACE TO STAY AT.

Prime location,walking distance to mall of Emirates,taxi readily available,free delivery of food n groceries to apartment,pharmacy n mosque very near,very nice staff, housekeeping very clean.Highly recommended.

Free and safe parking
Easy access to Emirates Mall
Good fitness centre
Toilet rolls and towels aren't given daily
Some plug sockets were not working

This is the worst hotel you ever find in dubai, bad customer service, slow customer need, not enough iquepments in the kitchen we had to go to the supermarket to buy a new kettle, even the iron machine is bad. THINK TWICE ABOUT THIS PLACE
