Hello everyone, As you all know me by now, once I write a review it would be the only 100% true, honest, and complete review you would ever get, My review deliver any place as if it's right front of you either by words, photos, videos or all together.

You might wonder why would i waste my valuable time to write too much details for free Well I am doing this because at certain point i have needed a trustworthy reviews sooooo badly about some places to make a solid decision whether to go or not, but unfortunately i couldn't find even one single review that could help, so i decided to do this to help others whom could be in my situation by then.

My reviews rate scale is from ((((1)))) to ((((10))))

>If I rate ((((1)))) = means run a way from this place it's horrible.

>If I rate ((((10))))= means WoW this place is awesome superb, you must visit.

OK Let's start :

A) *STAFF ATTITUDE* = (5)
Not bad somehow they are friendly, but I would NOT consider their job as professional though.

B) *CHECK IN / CHECK OUT* = (3)
it took them longer then it should be time to find out the booking, they had no idea about the special request in the booking, such as NON smoking unit, type of favorite bed, etc, but they actually were not a wear of that.

C) *CLEANLINESS* = (5)
It's ok, but its not deep hygienic cleaning thiugh as it should be with such price.

D) *ROOM DESCRIPTION* = (4)
The one i had was:
>Big size unit, has living room and bedroom, 2 bathrooms, small corner open kitchen.
>Water pressure is acceptable.
>Furnitures kinda old and over used its in ok condition just ok.

E) *PRICE* = (2)
They are really exaggerating with the price for such old units and furnitures.

F) *FACILITIES & AMENITIES * = (4)
> Out door small swimming pool.
> Sauna.
> Very limited small Fitness centre.
> Hot tub/jacuzzi ( i wouldn't recomand it, it's not that deep clean )
> Free WiFi.
> Laundry service.

G) *BULDING & CONDITIONS* = (3.5)
middle age building, its in OK condition.

H) *PARKING* = (N/A)
They have free parking but haven't been down there to write a review about it.

I) *LOCATION* = (5)
About 16 mints with fast walking, up to 20 mints with slow relaxing walking from this hotel to main attraction place in the area which is "Mall of Emirates".

J) **RECOMMENDATIONS**
With such price you may find better hotel apartment, closer to the shopping Mall, with more new clean furnitures ,however, if you still insist to try this accommodation, then i would recommend you to take a look at the unit before you pay for it to be sure of what you might be getting.

I gave (2 STAR) because its not really one of the best accommodation withen the area, as well they have absolutely no accessible Wheelchair ♿ friendly Entrance, as matter of fact it's not even good for normal people with heavey luggages, you can see the entrance in the photos i have attached here, owner should think more about people using Wheelchair, they should be more professional handeling the Booking and Reservations, they should give more attention to read what a guests have requested in their booking.

Location is perfectly suited, as being in the middle of Dubai means that no place is that far away. Moreover, with the close proximity of Mall of Emirates (hardly 10 minute walk) Big bus and metro station mean that you can access other parts of Dubai cheaply.

Regarding the rooms, these are perfectly suited for a family with two small children. The room itself and the appliances as per apartment hotel are well maintained. Moreover the staff is super friendly and helpful as well.

The only downside i came across was the the room central air conditioning didn't have heating option. For the place like Dubai even though it isn't required, but we did end up wishing for it when it rained cats and dogs at night and we were worried about the little ones catching a cold.

Everything about this place is great. I am pleasantly surprised by their amazing service and quick response really helpful people only issue was smell in the apartment but i left all the windows open for the first few days and lit candles other than that its amazing but 7k/month for a 1 bed apartment isn't bad.

Booked an apartment at this hotel the day before and got an confirmation email saying my booking was confirmed. When I went there the next day to check in, I was told there was no space for me and that they were fully booked but when they saw my booking, they just made it for me at their sister hotel which is a lovely 25KM away and isn't even in Dubai (Deria)! They did this without notifying me beforehand and they told me as I was trying to check in, and they weren't even sorry. They receptionist just couldn't understand why I was upset and why I wouldn't just move to the hotel 60KM away which is technically not even in the same City that I booked the original hotel with! In the end she just refused to give me any other options and didn't even apologies or try to help me sort it out. I've heard of horror experiences like this but this is the first time I experienced something like it. Honestly don't know how a place can stay afloat and profitable with such customer service and treatment. In the end I had to drive back to Abu Dhabi in the middle of the night after my plans as I couldn't find another hotel at such a late notice, with a reasonable price.

Avari Al Barsha is located in a great area of Dubai—walking distance from the Mall of the Emirates. Although the rooms are of average cleanliness (and a little dated), they are quite spacious, and include many amenities (clothes washer, DVD player, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, etc). The lack of TV channels is disappointing, but the complementary WiFi is solid, and can be used for streaming video over the internet. I appreciate that the parking is free, and the lot is secured behind an arm/gate.
