Stayed at the hotel/apartment with my family and we were all appalled by the customer’s service of this place.
Do not be deceived by the new and modern type of establishment. The one star given is more than what it deserves. Albeit the location is perfect and within walking distance to the Mall of Emirates but there are other hotels/apartments nearby as well. Would not recommend this place.
We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, which was quite spacious. However the sockets were not working perfectly, bed sheets were never replaced (just fitted back to look like they were new), used towels were taken away but never replaced (not really sure the logic in this). We requested towels to be sent one night, despite calling housekeeping several times, it only arrived the morning after. Our toilet tissues were never replaced as well (had to buy some ourselves).
Upon checkout, we asked the receptionist which items are usually replaced daily. As expected he answered “toilet amenities, towels and water bottles”. After our complaint that none were actually done, he could not give us an answer.
May I also add, the breakfast buffet was absolutely pathetic. It was not worth the stars that are given to the hotel and the price we paid. Thankfully Mall of Emirates was just nearby for us to get breakfast.response / report this review -

Rooms are ok but services not super ok. There were only 1 bathrobe and towel in a double room. Breakfast, we were served old refried hotdogs and chicken nuggets. There's only cereals and those to choose from. Oh, plus the Indian nuggets I dont know what it's called. Juices seem to be there for so long. They look days old. We just settled for the ordered omelette. They asked if we wanted mushrooms with it. It was hard to know as they were so tiny to even taste and see. Swimming pool needs more cleaning. There are black dirt on the tiles. No valet parking shame it looked a bit good from the lobby.

Decent place to stay when you visit dubai with affordable price. Equiped with kitchen set, wifi, not far from emirates mall, jumaerah, dubai mall, and many interesting place

Good value for money, food is nice, superb locality, easy availability of taxis, can order food from outside too. Negatives are smallish rooms and erratic room service. Something of a 3 star hotel.

المكان موقعة جيد.. قريب من جميرا والمارينا مول وخمس دقائق فقط من الامارات مول.. فيه توصيل بقالة من الفندق نفسه.. يوجد مسبح في الطابق العلوي.. الافطار لا انصح به مطلقا.. الغرف ضيقة جدا جدا.. يوجد في الشقه مطبخ متكامل نوع ما.. تعامل الاستقبال وتعاونهم ممتاز..
