Typical 4-star hotel. Convenient location, near JBR beach and metro station. Good internet connection, clear rooms and stuff.

I like to stay here while in Dubai.
Close walk to marina area and beach.(cab ride).
Room is ok with ability to cook something if you want, and grocery store in area you can buy ham.
In a non Muslim area, and other fresh things.
Lots going on day and night and beautiful settings
Price for room very good.

Ridiculous services of restaurant. Manager is very unprofessional and do not keep their words for services which they sell online . And proudly announce that client can complain to consumer court. I believe in hospitality business only customer friendly people make a difference .

Location is perfect. The metro station is just 2 minutes away. The marina is also right behind the apartment. We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment and we got upgraded to a 3 bedroom huge apartment ! The bedrooms and living rooms are neat and look well maintained but the toilets and kitchen were a bit run down. So yeah that's why the four stars. Otherwise everything was smooth, check in and check out.

Friendly. Clean.central.comfortable.
Staff deserve a bonus.
Room on 2nd floor facing street was very noisy , partly due to faulty window.
No plug sockets near beds.
Night Light in kitchen area too bright..

The hotel is perfectly situated, in the heart of marina. Overall, the service was impeccable. The hotel staff made us a huge favor by arranging the party in hotel room. recommending excellent places to eat, and locating the best landmarks at the best times for us. Me n my hubby really enjoyed and we really recommend this hotel .

Really a sweet place to stay with a kind staff and well situated to reach both public transports (very efficient, clean and fast) and the marina walk. My room was spacious and clean as it was the bathroom. Breakfast is good with a wide choice of food and comes with this music that I personally found relaxing. There is also a swimming pool, but I didn't have the chance to use it.
Recommend both for business and vacation.

Worst experience ever, We made the booking on 10th December 2016 .

The Hotel was empty hardly any guest

Reception Staff : The receptionist from India (Punjab) and the one from Philippines both were not interested in receiving the guest or doing there job . not even a smile on there Face . We requested for sea view if any room were not busy but there just told us that the hotel was too busy, but in the morning at the breakfast there were only 4 for 5 guest we could see. The breakfast was so empty for the 1 hr we spent from 9: 30 to 10 :30 Am .We felt very bad at that moment that they told us just lies, because there were not interested . I have never seen a customer service so bad . The staff is just not bothered and rude .

Rooms : The Room are very small for a two bedroom apartment . The hall was just partitioned into another bedroom . Just not worth the money and time for service provided to us.

Pool Area : Pool is so small . There was no one at the pool because there are no guest .

Breakfast : Only the freshly order Omelets were good other than it was just a worthless breakfast.

Conclusion : Skip this hotel if you can.. the staff, the food , the pool nothing is good For the a little extra buck you will get better option around the same place

I stayed here for a week with my wife and three boys last week and In all honesty this place was absolutely ideal in every way. from the outside this apartment block might not look as classy as some around it but it had everything we needed also very close by is two supermarkets and a 5 minute walk into the marina there is tons of restaurants. the apartment was massive our bed was massive our room had 3 different air conditioning controls which I thought was really good the kitchen had everything and we also had a washing machine which was really useful. The staff are really helpful and friendly the swimming pool was clean although it only got the sun from around 1pm to 6pm which was enough for us. So all in all honesty if you asked me would I return it would be a definite yes.

Nice apartment which was very spacious with two bathrooms.

Pool area is big with plenty of sun loungers, although the pool itself is quite small. pool towels can be got from the gym area on the ground floor.
There is a lot of construction work going on around the marina at the moment which you can hear a lot of banging and pile driving from the construction site across the marina water near the pool area during the day,although this noise is not too loud, it may annoy someone looking to lay near the pool and relax.

The staff working here are very nice and polite and helpful.

Free WiFi is available everywhere in the Hotel and it is hi speed around 20 Mbps up and down.
