Perfect location! Just a short walk to mall of Emirates. Rooms are large and beautiful, friendly staff.

Excellent hotel, I tried one of the suits which was overlooking Burj AlArab, the breakfast is one of the best I have ever tried. The service is great and you will appreciate the easy entrance to the mall of the emirates.

It's a bit dated but the location is good and is close to the palm and attached to the Mall of the Emirates.

Luxury hotel with the usual facilities without sauna or spa. Supposedly it's in renovation but the site doesn't actually have one but staff are told to say it's being refurbed. The pool is supposed to have heated pools but the engineers turn the heating off and was cold most of the time I was at the hotel. I'd also point out the tiles around pool are slippery and a risk for children. The gym is tiny, 3 running machines, a few weights, a rowing machines and two bikes.
The staff are lovely but I need to point out they are being exploited by their Egyptian managers and Arab bosses. A few staff during my stay had a moan about how under paid they are. One of them told me he's paid £340pm and works all the hours God sends.
The hotel is linked to the emirate mall which has Ski Dubai and a cinema. To get anywhere you need a taxi which costs about £6-15 depending on traffic.
Overall it's nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay however it's hard to turn a blind eye to the discrimination and below standard facilities.response / report this review -

Kempinski is one of the popular hotel chain in the world, and that makes this place special.
The hotel is located in al barsha Dubai, it is easily accessible from mall of Emirates metro station.
The place provides valet parking, it has a bar, restaurant, tennis court, pool, gym, spa
The service is greatly appreciated and they are the best in what they do.
Rooms and spacious and clean and is worth money.
There is direct access to mall of Emirates ice rink area also from the hotel.response / report this review -

Really nice place! The rooms are very good and the staff is everywhere and friendly. Also the location is ok. You have to try the bar, Noir, it is very good and has some nice artistic elements. The spanish restaurant also was very good.

Luxury all the way. Great restaurants (especially the Spanish, great breakfast and good bar. We'll definitely be back with our entire family for a real luxury vacation. Rooms can be a bit noisy on the lower floors with the highway in front. Staff is very friendly and has a lot of attention to detail. Very convenient location.

Kempinski at Mall of the Emirates has been one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. I will absolutely be coming back during my next visit. I stayed for a total of 9 nights on business. The front desk and reception staff were amazing and so hospitable. My dining experience was incredible and the staff was always staying on top of every need before I even knew I needed it! Not to mention some of the best food I've ever had. The rooms were unbelievable. This hotel makes you feel like royalty. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and I cannot wait to come back!

Good location, good rooms and good food. The lobby is impressive and nice for tea/coffee. Convenient for shoppers in the Mall. Did not try the ski resort !

One of the best hotels I stayed in.location is amazing, in Barsha. Hotel is directly connected to The Mall of Emirates, therefore, you will not need a car to go shopping or get something to eat. Close to mall of emirates metro station. It is quite and super clean. Upon availability, early check in is very smooth. Nice staff!

I have stayed in the Aspen Duplex Chalet. It was a bit worn out but the view was amazing felt like I am in the Alps. Great location all the amenities are close by and a wonderful shopping mall

I have been going there for years but today was a special day. I went there for a business meeting at the cafe located at the lobby. Upon finishing and getting back home that I realised that I lost my valuable pen which had cost me around USD 1500 dollars. But to my surprise after almost 5 hours, he cafe had kept it with them. I was very grateful to them for securing it for me and I will always be 10 times more comfortable of being there next.

The absolute must visit "Mall of all Malls" the one place I have discovered to rival the Mall of America with it's outstanding chain brands and superior restaurants. No trip to the UAE is complete without stopping by MOE. Even if you do not stay at the world famous Kempinski Hotel in one of their amazing suites. Do not miss the opportunity to enjoy the one of a kind food inspired by my personal favorite chef Musabbeh Al Kaabi. Very good mall with Snow and ski dubai gr8 shopping and lovely food !!! U have special free service to shop hands free and leave your shopping bags at the counters which are there everywhere in the mall

One of the best hotel. I had a free upgrade. The room is a amazing , directly to Ski Dubai. You can watch people enjoying the snow from your room.
The service is fantastic and people are very friendly.
