Amazing housekeeper and unbelievable service..i stayed in room #401 at palm beach in mid of april for 3 days..my stay was very comfortable..the housekeeping staff was very helpfull..specially mr. Prateek the manager is so amazing and always ready to help with genuine smile..and always make you feel important..he did extra ordinary efforts to meet up to my expectations..I would like to say thank you very much to prateek & his team for my making my stay so comfortable..the cleanliness of the room was in top ..i surprised when i came from outside and saw that even my shoes was nicely placed..you can imagine if they take care of ur shoes nicely then how will they take care of the other things..overall it was memorable stay ..i will strongly recommend everyone to stay here..loved itI would suggest reception staff to become more sincere and have some smile on face..

This place is at very close to the main road and has very good food and the staffs are friendly and nice and I had a very tasty and good food and all were fresh,rather than which I had in other places.I would recommend this place

Worst place to stay if you've got your rooms on first floor. You'll be hearing club music all night. Room service takes hours to respond. Indian food was the only good thing in this hotel.

Ok to go. The only good thing is it's location and clean rooms . Nothing flashy about other services also prices are overcharged they even not offer a bottle of water to the guest and charge 5 aed for a lite bottle whereas I can get a 5 LTR bottle for 4 aed from any store

✓ Budget hotel.

X Has bar in ground floor which runs till 3 am and sounds gets into your sleep :(

✓ Food is expensive but very tasty.

X Lighting's are too dull like a Chinese restaurant.

X Windows are locked by default

X All will be good unless you run into any issues as it takes lot if time to get them fixed .

X I was roaming most if the day so was fine but if you spend more than 40% of your day in hotel this is not for you.

X doors are equipped with metal ring instead of door bell which disturb s Everytime any door in your floor is banged especially in night it's very disturbing .

Just okay kind of hotel. found greedy staff always trying to grab unnecessary attention n even asking money for vallet parking. perhaps they need more incentives from their employer or a proper training. food options are really goodprice is just below to call it costly.. overall just satisfactory experience

It was a wonderful experience. Everything we saw on the internet was exactly the same.very friendly Staff and warm people. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Dubai. I'll gladly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Stayed here for almost a week, and by the end it almost felt like home. Clean, decent, good wifi, good service. It is present in an area which is easily connected to every part of the city and the staff are extremely helpful. Had a pleasant stay here. Thank you to the entire management.

My advice is that if you are heading to this hotel, wearing your swimming shorts, and expecting to have a nice time at the Dubai Palm beach, go home, there is nothing for you here. The palm is so far away and this place is appearanlty not in anyway connected to its beach. I learnt that the hard way!

The food was ok though so can't be fully upset.

Might come back again but I'm not sure I'll be very excited about it.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Couldn't have been more sweet, giving me directions to a function I was attending along with a helpful map, ensuring parking in car park and facilitating an early check in. If nothing else had gone right with hotel this lady ensured I would have left with a good impression. Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in both bar where we had lunch and restaurant where we had dinner. Food was beyond good and great value for money and service in both places attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

The worst hotel I have ever been in my life. Totally unprofessional staff starting from entrance, reception, room service and waitresses. Breakfast was awful, not so many options. Food is untasty and prepared without taking care about the quality. Looks like the most important thing is quantity. Classic Indian style hotel without taking care about the cleanness. If you're on fifth floor forget about the water pressure in the bathroom. Almost to forget, two days in a row there was no hot water in the bath.

Three star is a joke for this hotel. very old, not well maintained and to be honest not that much clean either. The room for me was cold and when i asked the service room to increase the temperature, they told me it is not possible. They promised to find a solution to have the room at the temperature i want, but didn't do anything. They didn't even care to show up and explain it. It is located within the computer hardware market, so not a good place for a tourist or a businessman.

I like the outdoor roof top however please check your tab especially when with the ladies because they provide you paper receipt as opposed to a printed one.
