I had been to Al Barsha branch to sell my Peugeot car. Very professional staff. I met Mr.Omar. Great Guy. Very friendly,professional, very polite. within 25 minutes i finished the deal. Finished paper work. Before i reach office, funds were transfered to our account.

He help me with everything and made my experience goes very smooth. He also gave me a good price compared to other companies I approached. Hello, I sold my car to barsha RTA branch, staff and service was excellent, everything was done very quick, got my payment on time. I could get better price myself but time and hassle I saved it worth much more so TNX for great service.I recommend it

This a complete waste of time. First i was there on time for my appointment and they kept me waiting for 30 min without even apologising. Then they give me a price completely lower then the one provided on their website claiming that the price online is only indicative.

Very bad expetience Simply waste of time, they will give good price on the website once you reach there they will offer you almost the half and they will argue that the website evaluation is based on dubizzle average prices ..lol don t go there before asking on the phone how much they will offer you .

The worst valuation site ever. Website gives you one price and when you go there, they offer you less than half of what they offered earlier without any reason. A total waste of time. This happened to me twice. Please dont waste your time going there by seeing the price they offer online.

I am not going to discuss the merits of the service provided, nor the price provided for my vehicle (which I did not accept due only to personal preference). Instead, I am going to focus on the customer service and my overall experience with SimplyCarBuyers. From the moment I approached the stand and registered my details, I was immediately met with an air of disdain.
The person dealing with my enquiry was rude, arrogant, and made me feel uncomfortable. He made it see m as if he was doing me a favour by evaluating my car. The way in which he pointed out its flaws (in terms of it not having certain options, having panels repainted/replaced at some point in the past) felt like a personal attack. Whether or not my car had flaws, whether he agreed or disagreed with what I had to say, he did not have to approach the process with such a lack of care and respect.
Had he been more positive and straightforward, I would have been much happier with the service, thanked him for his time, and left. However, I was unfortunately left with a feeling of discomfort and regret.
I would not recommend SimplyCarBuyers on this basis. There are much better providers. Customer service is key. This company did not live up to any reasonable expectations.response / report this review -

Anybody that has a large services business especially in motors/tech should seriously consider stealing Ken. Attention to detail, going beyond the call of duty, always courteous, and efficient. Made our whole experience as good as it could be.

Worst customer service ever i could have given customer service rating 0/10. online it was showing it is 51818 AED in their website when i visited the simplycarbuyers they were telling 20000 and later they changed to 28000
When they asked to show the service history i have given that and they were telling to open the book and show them what a service!!! They want the car to be exactly infront to inspect they cant even walk 2 steps
The price which shows in their site is 100 percent inaccurate they just want the customers to visit them

There is no zero button in the application one of the unprofessional approach I got today from them, they r vaulting our car like toy car. Don't go to them they r simply wasting our timedon't believe on their online evaluation they reduce that to half nd don't believe in the positive comments available all r built up from their own people.. rest all in your hand
