I gotta say, if you are really serious about getting a Merc, go to Ittihad Rd Br. They are more flexible and much easier to talk to. SZR br are bit overproud of themselves.

I am definitly not coming again. The service was awful and unwelcoming. I waited 30 minutes for service that I didnt recieve due to an experiation on my service contract. Although, I did book an appointment, I was not informed of this expiration and traveled from Abu Dhabi to get my car repaired. I could have been informed of this expiration through email or call as the staff could have checked their system. Indeed, the service contract shouldnt have been expired from the day i bought my car it took two years only and the milage is 30,000km, however, it is written in the service contract a date that is a year earlier. If I could i would give zero stars.

Great cars I admit, the recent updates (2017) made them appealing, but the after sales reputation of Gargash Enterprise imo is not great and there is no maintenance packages compared to their competitors 100,000km free maintenance packages.

I have visited the showroom last week to buy a car, I was there for more than 20 minutes waiting someone to help but unfortunately no one even say hello to me. After that, I went to the sales desk to ask for assistance, the lady told me she is busy and someone will come to assist, but also, I have waited for another 15 minutes and no one come.
My question is, if the start up between Mercedes and customer like this way, how it will be after 3 or 5 years!!!!
Very disappointed !

Mercedes is one of the best cars in the world and I expect top service from Mercedes dealers however some of the staff in Gargash are not very friendly and didn't explain much about the car I was asking about. It's like he was some where else.

I was fooled and cheated. I bought a 2017 E400 which was sold as full options but after taking the delivery I found it missing the entire Drive Pilot system. The entire ad campaign is about the car being a Masterpiece of Intelligence. I got a 90's technology car instead.

On contacting the showroom I was blamed for not asking specifically for the Drive Pilot feature!

No help from consumer rights as well since I was made to sign on a long list of specifications (easy to miss something not mentioned in a long list full of technical terms).

They didn't need to play this cheap since I would have bought a full options model anyway if I knew.

Gargash probably has the absolute worst customer service out of any company that I have ever done business with, ever. They give Mercedes Benz in Dubai and Sharjah a bad name. If you absolutely must buy a Mercedes, please consider driving to Abu Dhabi.

Gargash caused nicks and scratches on my car during the first service.

On my second service with them 5 months later, they claimed my brakes were no good and I need to spend an additional 3,000 AED to replace them. Note that they were the ones who replaced them just 5 months earlier at a cost of 3,000 AED. Once I reminded them of that, they reversed course and said the brakes were fine. This was very suspicious behavior and to a normal person, it sounds like they were trying to double charge me for brakes when the brakes were just fine.

Now once I brought the car home, the ambient lighting doesnt work anymore. They are refusing to take responsibility for this when there was absolutely nothing wrong with the ambient lighting.

They rarely answer their phones, and they don't stand behind the work they perform.

A company with intent to provide good customer service should be responsive, and should stand behind the work that they do.

Please stay away from Gargash. It will save you a lot of unnecessary trouble. Dubai is a fantastic place to live and work. Don't allow your excellent Dubai experience to be ruined by Gargash.

Always I had excellent sales experience in this showroom. Friendly and expert sales person spend good time with you to brief you about all advantage and disadvantage of cars! Finance facility is available through different bank whim has representative coming to branch.

I love Mercedes Benz, but the staffs need serious training with customer acquisition. I mean yes, you will get a lot of lookers but the way you treat that person might end up making him/her into a buyer.
The entire showroom had a cold chill to their ambiance. No friendly faces, no smiles, I mean the cars were more friendly.
