Really great sales experience offered by Naser. It was a very nice purchase of a car and I am very happy with how he dealt with it. Service advisors are good as well. Better than Gargash Enterprises sales experience.

- Be careful when you purchase from them vehicles and also the service packages. You end up paying than they say.
My car was sold with a 5 year, unlimited KM warranty. But after 3 years they came up with a story. First three years comprehensive warranty and next two years were Engine and gearbox only.response / report this review -

Worst service ever on earth, un professional, they have no idea what they are doing what so ever, every single service the car stays at least two days and everytime after service something goes wrong again, i have to follow up , if you are lucky you get someone to answer the phone, not competence at all to handle a wagon even, eveytime same answer from all of them, sorry sir we will check and get back to you but they never unless you call them over hundred times, this was my most regret ever, and i have paid for a comprehensive service contract and additional 12,000 aed and you get nothing out of it eccelt of excuses and reasons, they are a disgrace to the nissan company, total disastrous, i would not recommend even 1% to go for nissan whats so ever even if its the last company available on earthits a hell to deal with them.

Catherine you are so right. I have been using these people for about 10 years and unlike good wine they are not improving with age. Frustrating is an understatement. Every time I take my car for service the work takes longer and the car comes back to me in worse condition. Unfortunately they do not even read their Google reviews.
I had to put one star so I could post this review, otherwise I would have put none!response / report this review
