At First you pay aed 340k for a Jaguar with a 5 year service package and 5year warranty. Then for the next 5 years you keep counting the number of kilometers ur vehicle is running each day.
Coz if u miss the service by even 2000km, Jag team has a good reason to refuse ur service package and warranty. Then u can spend anywhere between aed 2000 to aed 20000 based on your luck for each service and Maintenence.

Always a pleasure to deal with Al Tayer for my Ford. I have a service package with them and they have never charged me for anything extra. Whatever small issues which do crop up in the vehicle are promptly repaired under warranty without any questions. This go a long way in building trust in my mind.
Handing over the car is nice as well as they have dedicated ramps to lift the car in front of the customer and check for any trouble spots.
Moreover, they stick to their estimated delivery date and give constant updates, which is fantastic. Also, when handing over the car, they give us a vehicle inspection report which also highlights the brake pad and rotor thickness level & recommended thickness. I have not seen such attention to detail in any other service centre.
Finally, the staff is very polite and courteous. I have always left with a smile from this place, which does not happen very often in other places!

I enjoy my cars and do my own maintenance. Visit the Parts Debt fairly regularly, staff always lovely and easy to talk to. Buy everything you need at the same time for better discount ;-)

I was very disappointed with the way they washed and delivered my car. Clearly it wasn't washed properly as it should be. I am sure they just wiped it. Honestly, the washers on the street are far better than Al Tayer's car washing service.

Nothing major,I understand there was a fire drill but the manager (Sitting on the right as soon as you enter from the new car show room to the commercial vehicule showroom) did not even bother to greet me and to appologize for this situation. All what he said you need to come back in 10 min without any further words. A bit difficult to accept from a customer centered otlrganization like Al Tayer.

Way below average. RTA office has no signs indicating opening & closing times. Insurance brokers are arrogant and work on the basis of daylight robbery and if you don't like it you can hit your head against a wall. They don't even have the decency of saying good morning.

You can't go wrong with the cars under this roof!!.. and for those previously sceptical about the brands.. the service packages and service from Al Tayer play a big role in the purchase decision. I had a Ford and was very happy.. I wouldn't mind one day going back for a Jaguar or Land Rover.

If you want to buy a car, make sure you have a good service agent behind it as the car brand is not enough as a selection criterion. This is why I chose ford, because it is a good brand but in addition, it is serviced by All Tayer Motors and they are one of the best in the UAE.

Great experience, everyone was very helpful a lot of staff were available for us and they were all very well informed !!! I even got the chance to do an immediate test drive on 2 cars even though it was already late (6pm)

My whole engine had to be changed on a Jaguar XF. At first (and of course) they did not believe that there was anything wrong with the car. Only after I insisted a couple of times, they took the time to invest some time and to find out that the engine was "gone". It took them almost 3 weeks to replace it. Only after insisting and not wanting to leave without a replacement car, I was given one.
Shortly after the engine was changed the car was still behaving very randomly with various errors and warnings incl. gear box faults. I tried to get in contact via the phone and left minimum of 5 messages to be called back. Nothing happened!!!!
I had to drive to the shop and demanded to talk to the manager. In the end there was another problem which they fixed within 3 days.response / report this review
