Disappointed with the treatment of the salesman last Saturday. He spoke to us in a very disrespectful way (wish I had his name). I ended up buying a better car the next day from the Ali&Sons showroom in Abu Dhabi instead, and they were MILLIONS better in customer service.

Really quick and efficient. Note this is the used approved plus showroom address not the new Audi car show room. The manager of the showroom is a bit lacking in customer service skills, but employees are great.

Warranty is fake/bad. I bought my car in June 2016 from company so i ensure no head ache of maintenance, and i will have continuous service. Until I come this year September 2017 the battery dies, and couldn't jump start my car. Took it to audi to fix with warranty. And guess what, it's not covered by warranty, because mileage is low. Seriouslyyy?? I wish Audi Germany knows about this . I had to pay 1200 AED to fix it.
This got me sooo disapointed about Audi, and the dealer here in dubai

The service here is great. Once you get assigned a service staff, befriend him and he will go out of his to help you. My guy was Jean Paul and his customer care skills is outstanding. My car never took more than 24 hours to complete. However, there are times when they are swamped but it is understandable. I'm not quick to judge after years of excellent services only to be met with a couple of times of long waiting periods.

Worst experience. Waited for 45 minutes after reporting at the reception. Service advisor didn't even turn up to inform that there will be a delay in attending. Service levels are nowhere close to Japanese car dealers👎👎👎👎👎

Waiting period of 2 months is insane. They said that the center will inform me if there is any cancellations. I should hace consudered servicing tenure and quality.

Car is good but the service is very poor. You may consider stop selling Audi in Dubai if u do not have capacity to service the cars you sell. Its only one mandatory service in a year and even for that one has to wait for minimum two months to get an appointment. The situation remains the same for the last four years and no one seems to care.

I have decided not to buy another Audi
