Scam artists. They lie about repair times and give discounts to insurance companies to make money and avoid having cars totaled. Customer service is just terrible. Pray you never get in a wreck because they will hang you out to dry. Twice I've been taken advantage of with their repair shop - quoting 2 week repair times and keeping my car hostage for over a month. I can't wait to sell the car I love only because I do not want to ever deal with Al Nabooda ever again. Avoid them at all costs.

Once again this so called elite brand has let me down. Never mind misleading me when I bought my last Porsche (I have had 3) using underhand sales tactics and also trying replace tyres/break pads when the ones on the car were fine! Now when I phone up to buy a new Porsche nobody answers the phone. Eventually I get a call and explain what I want to be told he'll phone me back! Never heard from him again. Then another guy phoned me about re enquirer the next day not knowing someone had already contacted me. He said he will get the first guy to phone me back! You think he did? Not so much as a twinkle. Unbelievable. These guys are there to sell cars and they can't be bother to sell cars. I'm off to BMW

Terrible service, rude and no one answers the phone. When they finally do answer the phone they have no clue how to speak nor do they ever call you back. It's a joke I am a customer interested in buying a car and they can't be bothered to answer a call. What a joke.

Showroom visit was no different either, no one bothered to greet me and I had to ask about a car that I wanted.

Bought a car from here in 2014. Showroom was fine and provided good service. They do not have vehicle servicing facility here and it is located in Al Rashidiya (as of 2016). It is required to book (servicing) well in advance.
