Excellent Service from Team Alba Cars. Would like to specifically mention superior handling with a personal touch from Mandy who has been very helpful from the day I visited the showroom to see the car till the date of handover. Really must praise Alba Cars and in particular Amy in the showroom for the professionalism and high level of service experienced when buying a car recently. The process was super smooth and open/transparent, leaving us with confidence that we had made a good decision in a country where it’s easy to make wrong decisions (Dubai). The British element to the sales team suited us and we will use again without any hesitation. The team are genuine, sincere and honest. These qualities are priceless.

Trying to find the right car was proving a nightmare and I was almost at the point of giving up and hiring one! Then I was recommended Alba cars by a friend. Josh was absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to make sure that I chose the right car for me. I have to be honest and say that there were a couple of small hicups along the way but Josh was wonderful at sorting everything out. This is the first time I have owned a car in Dubai so I really appreciated the extra time that was taken explaining to me how everything works here. Not only am I delighted with my new car but I feel totally confident that in the unlikely event that I have any problems in the future with my car that Alba cars ( well josh actually!) will help me to sort it out.

Alba cars have a great selection of stock and reasonable prices, however that’s where the good news ends. I’m sure many people have a faultless experience but that depends on the car.

I recently purchased a new car plus extended warranty and 2 days out of the showroom engine light was on. It’s been in the garage for 6 full days in which I’ve had to mange the expense and hassle of me and my family getting taxis everywhere.

Worst thing is that every day I am told it will be ready tomorrow or one more day. I’ve even called the garage directly rather than go through Alba cars.

This is my first car purchase in Dubai. I was referred to by a friend Dice to go meet one of the sales person Jack Keeling at Alba Car Dubai. I was told that the cars at Alba Cars are considered safe purchase as they only sells quality cars. Peace of mind i would say. True enough, i managed to get a car that looks and drives like new and still have agency warranty and service package. Jack is so professional and helped me from A to Z. I got the car in less than 5 days! Which is amazing. I strongly suggest to go directly to them to save your time and money. Thanks Jack and Alba Cars!

The staff were excellent, all very friendly and knowledgeable.

Jack helped me fantastically from start to finish and I drove away in the second of my dream cars list after owning my first one prior.

They also gave me a fair price on a trade in.

Helpful staff, this place offers financing wirh zero downpayment and the overall quality of their cars is above average in comparison with the rest of the dealers. They have strong presence in facebook and dubizzle, worth to follow with plenty of regular updates.

Waste if time. They called me when I advertised my car on Dubizzle and asked me to bring my car in. I asked them how much they would give me for my car and whether it would match the price I was asking for. They said to bring the car in for them to make an assessment. I brought the car in, a guy barely looked at it, made a call and gave me an estimate that was a third less the price I was asking. They could’ve given me the estimate over the phone but chose to waste my time.

Being new to Dubai, I quickly realised that a car is much needed here since everything is so spread out. After asking a few people about what the best options were (buying used or renting or) I was directed to Alba car on Facebook more than once. Loved the selection and prices compared to others so I decided to go and check it out. I was not disappointed. The quality of customer service, which is often in existing in this country, was impeccable. All my questions were answered and I was able to try everything I needed to make my decision. Everyone I go there they do not have the car they say they have advertised. It's almost like they market great deals online and it's just to attract customers to their showroom. As the people at the showroom also do not remember which add we were talking about. Should call and check before going there with high hopes.

Wonderful service, super expedient and Nick was honestly an all around champion. Patient when the bank took its time and they stayed and helped me with every little detail and document required. Sold my car to the guys at Alba last week as was leaving the country. Very fast and efficient process, all hassle free. They didn't low ball me like some other greedy dealers in Dubai and offered a fair price for the car. Always available on the phone too throughout the process. Can't recommend them enough. I contacted Talib from Alba Cars after getting his number from dubizzle. Since I moved to Dubai recently, I was cautious to buy a car from a non-agency dealer. The key thing that I liked was Talib's patient and professional approach. He and his team gave a very good end to end service for my car purchase. I got good value for my money. When you don't sell cars for a living it is very difficult knowing what to do, where to go, how much it costs etc. My Range Rover was on sale for 5 months, I spoke to Marc, he took it and sold it within 1 week. He then personally assisted with the transfer, which as I said is not easy, and now job done!!
Buying selling these are the guys to go to, it's nice to trust people, and you can with Alba.
