Good hotel indeed. Staff here are very friendly. I will stay there again and again while in Dubai

Stayed here for 4 nights. Check in was a bit of a husle because when I asked for a cot because my friend was staying overnight I had to pay for an extra person. Then you have to pay extra fees and taxes when you check in. Wasn't the best first impression because she kept telling me she is doing me a favor even if I was paying for it. Told her I paid for creek view and she said it wasn't guaranteed just because I paid for it. But later gave it to me. Since I was jetlagged I went to sleep but my room next door I could hear everything from kids crying and playing to people talking. Woke up and the lady at the night service was really nice to change my room. Though I did find a cockroach in the closet
The concierge guys are amazing especially Istiag and Ali they really care, the housekeeping guy from GOA too is amazing. They weighed my luggage prior to departure.
Room service is the worst I have had period. Ordered chicken burger and it arrived very hard meat. Told them and they said I should have mentioned medium. Basically food is not goodresponse / report this review -

Hidden between all other hotels in Deira Not very far from metro station. Has daily bus shuttle to the beach. Well deserved 5* for service, comfort & luxury.

It's a amazing place to stay, ambiance is very nice swimming pool veiw is excellent which is on top floor. Restaurant has all variety of delicious food.

Great place with a fantastic view if the city. Very convenient due proximity to mall, convenient stores and other service stations tourists might need. Breakfast is great, you will be spoilt for choice and yes, the staff are very friendly and warm.

Average 4* hotel. Rooms are clean enough, though the hotel is showing its age with lack of basic features such as USB charging ports and flickering lights/TV. Has a mediocre buffet that serves all 3 meals. I took special offense to the minifridge as not only was it completely warm but it was brown and disgusting on the inside as well. 3*s mainly for the staff very attentive and helpful they definitely make the stay that much more enjoyable. Airlines gave me the room for free so not gonna complain much more.

We were on the waiting list for a flight out of Dubai and Emirates let us stay at this superb hotel. The staff are excellent, always ready to help. The rooms are spacious with all amenities. It was a lovely stay!

Good place, friendly and understanding staff, close to the Metro with a decent Neighborhood..What else do you need on a holiday. We reached very late to the hotel but the staff was very courteous to help us with the luggage, room and the stay.. Melisa, Ghalia, Titus were all understanding and took good care of us..recommend this place for your visit

Room is big enough.. bathroom is nice, hair dryer need to upgrade.. toothpaste and toothbrush only provided upon request.. bed is comfortable 👍
