Beautiful place. Excellent food. Don’t miss out on the grilled food at a-la-turca Turkish restaurant. Pretty decent for the price you pay but the service is top of the line.

One of the worst 5 star hotels we have ever stayed at. Appalling service throughout and really shoddy hotel rooms. At best, it's a 3 star. Not suitable for families, which contradicts what you hear online. They tried to charge us e25 for a bottle of milk for our baby. Just ridiculous. Will never go back, or recommend anyone to go there!

Update: Left a large TripAdvisor review with detailed examples of everything. This went ignored by the hotel. They only respond to positive reviews it seems.

I love that the party's was round the clock and the ease of the pools and hotels. Definately a place to bring your family. Enjoyed every moment of my time here.

Fabulous hotel. Friendly attentive staff. Plenty to do if you want to or great for relaxing if you don't. Also great for families. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Just came back from a 7night stay at the Rixos Palm Resort, we had an amazing time, the staff were all very friendly especially Ganga the main concierge who was so helpful and even advised on some of the best places to eat at. And it was not just with us as we noticed when observing him that he was like this with all customers. He made our stay extra special and we would definitely be coming back because of this. The hotel is very lucky to have him.

The Turkish lunch buffet was fantastic. A great selection of food and all very good. We will be going back again. The reason for the four stars is the small beach that is quite crowded. They need to space out the chairs a little bit. And the canopy beds at 500aed are too expensive for an off peak day. If they made these a bit more reasonable, it might spread the crowd out a bit. So go for the Turkish restaurant, not the beach. It's worth the long drive all the way around the Palm.

Nice place with an interesting location on the edge of the Palm, though there are not many cafes, clubs and other places around. Staff is very friendly, the beach is good.

Had a daily Beach and pool pass, which also included a free brunch. Was a pretty great deal. A welcoming service, which was a bit 'slow' and lacking in terms of efficiency but still kind. In terms of the amenities, we arrived to find pretty much all couches taken. Fortunately, we were offered a free private booth to stay for the day, free of charge.
The facilities were pretty good, pool decently sized with a pool bar. The only drawback was that the beach swimming area is downsized as a result of Jellyfish danger which left little space for swimming in the sea.
Food wise only positive things to say, lots of variety and something for everyone to eat. To summarise it was a pretty nice way to spend a day.

It's a really nice hotel with a Turkish influence located right at the end of The Palm - with an exceptional beach front. The hotel staff all deserve a special note of praise - nothing was too much trouble!

I spent 4 nights at the Rixos the Palm with my partner the beginning of October 2017! From the moment we stepped in we were spoilt by the staff who just can't do enough for you. We received welcome drinks at the reception before we're were ushered into our rooms with our suitcases already waiting there. We got an introduction about the room and services. Our room was absolutely amazing. We booked the all inclusive option which covers all the food and pretty much 95% of all alcoholic beverages. The pools and the sea are very clean and plenty of loungers to go around. By the 9 am the temperature was reaching 32 degrees and the see is warm too. Perfect place for someone not so confident in water or for children. The restaurants are amazing - huge variety of different foods in the Turkish buffet restaurant where both breakfast and lunch would be served. For dinner one have the option of buffet again of can choose from Italian and sea food restaurants! The Italian restaurant is brilliant, what one would expect from a 5 start restaurant, and the seafood option is al fresco dining on the beach. Can't go wrong with either, but if you don't eat shell fish you will be limited in the seafood restaurant! I can't praise the staff enough - made us feel very welcome and pampers throughout out trip and would definitely return.

Service used to be better
Cleaning of the room is not that good, not like a 5 star hotel should be.
Towel lady at the beach is rude.
Breakfast has a big variety but not tasty.
Beach area is nice and the seating, but lacks the fun see games.
Nice beach music.
Beach food is basic and needs improvement.
Room bathroom shower was broken

I used to love to come here but not anymore till they fix their staff engagement and the other points mentioned above.

We visited Rixos The Palm Dubai three weeks ago for a schoolproject. Although we weren't hotel guest we were warmly welcomed. One of the staff members showed us around and made us feel at home. We were showed some of the most beautiful parts of the hotel. One of the most beautiful part of Rixos the Palm Hotel Dubai is the location it self. No other hotel is located on such a special place, on the tip of the palm island. This location results in such an amazing view from every part of the hotel. We were very excited about the hotel and the lovely staff member and we definitely want to go back to the hotel another time.

Hotel is nice. Staff are exceptional. The ultra all inclusive package is great (would highly recommend). Hotel is c. 50mins from the airport, note that the drive from the beginning of the palm to the hotel is quite long which left us staying in the hotel majority of the time.

There is a shuttle bus and water taxi to take you to the Mall of the Emirates which was great. Hotel had a lot of kids and families so one to keep in mind if you're looking for a quiet holiday. There is an adult only pool but its quite far away from the poolside bar etc.

Food was lovely with a massive selection available in the buffet. Turkish ice cream is available next to the main pool included in the Ultra All Inclusive package as well as a lovely coffee shop which sells great cakes (open 24hrs i believe).

Bar is decent - Heineken and a variety of well known spirits are all included (served after 12pm). Minibar is also included which is a nice touch.

Brilliant service and really nice staff. Staff are responsive and nice and always listen. Best part is that it's kid friendly with loads of facilities for the kids.One of the best members is Shahid who works in the catering .5/5

My favorite hotel. We booked 2 separate rooms but they gave us a suit with no extra charge. Best best breakfast i have ever tried in a hotel. The view and the pool is amazing. Fun day for the whole family.

Nice hotel for the palm.. very family friendly
It has good facilities pool and an ok beach. It is what you would expect from a large hotel but the rooms have Amazing views! If you are lucky to get one!

Tip: the fitness centre and spa is top class ! Make sure you try the jacuzzi !
Tip: if you are not happy with your room view .. ask politely and you never know
