Very friendly clean and quiet with excellent fresh air direct from sea. Other parts get smog from highway. Water quality in hotel is better than elsewhere in marina. Must be due to closeness to treatment plant. 15 minute walk to metro. Good supermarket opposite

I stayed at Pearl Marina with my wife for a little more than a week. We were not satisfied there so moved on. It is on the marina area, there were no views to speak of, and we like to walk but it was a bit too remote for us. The metro-rail is also quite a walk in the heat and too close to hail a cab.The nearest Mall is Dubai Marina Mall some 2km walk and back. There is a Choitrams Supermarket quite near so you can get supplies easily. The room was clean and spacious, average. The entrance/reception is very narrow and dim, we did not get the happy hotel feel we were expecting.

Stayed here for 11 days in the two bed apartment.
Fantastic hotel. Location was great for us.
Staff were very friendly and hospitable.
The hotel was clean and tidy.

They offered us a complimentary breakfast the following day of arrival but we didn't settle in till early morning so we missed the free breakfast but they kindly honoured it for the following day.
Two free water bottles were placed on the table daily. As well as teabags, coffee and sugar.
Having a washing machine was really helpful as well as the kettle and microwave. The drawers and cupboards had plates, bowls and cutlery.

The check out time was 12 midday but we asked for the extra hour which they allowed and also my children went swimming in the pool till 5pm that day.

Would definitely recommend staying here.

It's a good location. The rooms/apartments are nothing special or fancy, but just standard okay. Pool is a bit small. Free parking in basement is nice. The downstairs restaurant are having good food at low cost. Comparing to price, I will give it 4 stars.

Completely does the trick; good price, fantastic location, amazing view and very good clean rooms.
Furniture is new and comfortable.
Receptionists are efficient and I was checked in and out very quickly.

We stayed with our family here in 2014. We loved our experience. The team is super nice and helpful in every situation. The property is clean and modern. I honestly love it, we are going to Dubai again for vacation in 2 weeks and again we are staying in Pearl Marina. Super excited !

Very nice staff. I wish the windows were cleaned so that the view of the marina can be seen properly. Excellent location and price is great even though my time of booking l had to paid a heavy price. I was little disappointed with shower as there was only a bath tub with removeable shower hose. Overall it was a love stay.

The general location of the hotel is very good. 15 min of walking to sea. 10 min of walking to Dubai Metro, Marina Lake Towers. Hotel also has direct exit to Marina quay.
Offering includes outside pool and towels if you would like to go to public beach.
You can choose the room with a view on Marina bay. The only issue here would be the dirty windows which fail the impression.
Personnel is friendly, willing to help, speaks a good English.
The rooms are worn out. Refurbishing should be done to furniture, bathrooms and rooms itself. Air conditioner worked very loudly in the room.

Located perfectly on Dubai Marina, you can have a nice night walk on the Marina or go to JBR which is 15-20 min walking. Staff is friendly and helpful. Apartments are maintained well.
