Best stay ever. Stayed in a 3 bedroom suite. The view was awesome fro. The 41 floor. Very reasonably price. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

I have only been here in the afternoon, so can't comment about the fine dining aspect of The Observatory. The main reason to visit is for the views which are spectacular. On this occasion, we were treated to watching skydivers do some stunts.

The menu was extensive but pricey, so the two course lunch menu was chosen by the majority in the group. The biggest winner though, are the well trained and observant staff.

We stayed in a 3 bed room suite, all en suite and there was an extra room adjacent to the utility room, also en suite. It had everything we needed plus the view to die for! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located with abundance of amenities. Definitely going back!

Impressed not only by the large accommodation we stayed -- 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath for just two people -- but the overall customer service we received. Front desk staff were very helpful from spending time to orient us with the surrounding, bus timings, and restaurants in the hotel and nearby.

We made few in-room requests and they were delivered promptly. We also had no problems requesting for extended check out.

The hotel is also convenient from the Dubai tram / metro, and is close to a few supermarkets and plenty of restaurants within the marina.

This is a great place to stay. It has everything you need and more. The staff is some of the best I've ever been around. Housekeeping, security, front desk, facilities, room service, everyone does a great job and seems to really enjoy their work and connecting with the guests. Walking distance to JBR/Zero Gravity (10 minute walk over the bridge), Marina (out the front door), Marina mall (20 minute or less) - of course not in the summer.

Brian H. and the entire staff is doing a fantastic job in a very competitive market.

The food is amazing. Room service has some of the best butter chicken I've ever had. The Observatory has so much going on every day of the week - the lunch and dinner menus have something for everyone. Counter Culture Cafe has great breakfast, nice lunch and dinner selections also.

The gym is well equipped, including spa and sauna.

Great experience and wonderful staff. Went with kids and in the breakfast area the staff took care of my kids well and everybody has a wonderful time. They have a free upgrade to the room and the room had a great view of the palm. Great facility and even better view will surely visit again if I am in Dubai.

I loved our big, spacious 3 bedroom apartment with a fully furnished kitchen. Very friendly and polite staff. Currently a lot of construction going on mighty be too noisy for some guests. I miss the Kenyan chef I met last year

It's quiet, nice & elegent hotel. It's an upscale place. It's near the Walk. Nice place to live. But currently there is lot of constructions going on nearby the hotel which may be annoying if you are going out for a walk. You can easily walk to the marina and catch cruise ships. Also you can enjoy lot of free weekend shows on Marina. Tram station is near by walkable distance.

As Marriotts go, this is top of the class.

A group of 4 of us were originally looking to stay at ‘The Address’ as we had read that it was a great place to stay however upon some basic research we found that it was around twice the price of the Marriott which is a stones throw away and still well and truly 5*.

We paid just over £1500 for 5 nights which included an upgrade to a 40th floor multi level 3 bedroom suite. The room was around 2500 square feet so it could easily accommodate more like 8 to be honest.

Upon arrival we asked to see the penthouse which was one of the nicest rooms I’ve ever seen however we didn’t bother as this was an extra £3000 to upgrade!

The reception staff do everything they can to please you and the location is great for restaurants, bars and just about everything else. 5*.

This place is amazinggreat location. Excellent staff. Wide selection of restaurants but the rooms are so big and spacious. Mr. Ismail will do everything possible to ensure your stay is perfect. His staff is world class top notch. I have stayed here on my last 5 trips to Dubai and will continue into the future. The Observatory is perfect to grab a drink and watch the sunset. The Croft is excellent for curry or burgers and beer. The CCC has an amazing breakfast every morning. The rooms are perfect.

I wish I could give it more stars. We got upgraded to this spectacular three bedroom, three and a half bath suite with a living room, full size kitchen and two balconies. The topper was they had a small birthday cake waiting for me as well because we arrived on my birthday. This place was wonderful. The view was incredible. Everyday we could sit and watch parachuters swirl their way down to the landing spot across the road from our hotel. This was a wonderful stay. It made this the most memorable trip ever for me.

Great location and representative of Marriott's high standard. Beautiful views of tube marina. Rooms are massive and service us helpful. Food was really good both in room service, cafe, and Observatory. Definitely recommend at least getting a drink in the Observatory as the views are amazing.

Marriott suites..
Our reservations for 2 bedrooms its big enough within a nice living room and food table with a balcony the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook.
Its has 4 bathrooms
The first for master room with bath
2nd bathroom for the another bedroom
And 2 bathrooms one of them with shower
But all bathrooms are not modern.

Location is excellent close to marina just a couple of steps.
The swimming pool is big enough also there is swimming pool for kids.

SPA i do not try but looks good.

Breakfast.. It's good with little multi choices the presentation of food is good.

The bar and restaurant on the 52 floor is very nice with nice views of marina.

Firstly the staff are just brilliant; very polite, very friendly and very helpful.
The rooms; large would be an understatement. The bed was HUGE!! The suite was massive, very clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning is also more than adequate.

If I am ever back in Dubai, I will be staying here again. 100%

Except by the laundry machine that isn't that good everything else is. Especially the staff and location. Great size room also.

We love this hotel lived there for over a year and half a few years ago. Came back to Dubia stayed again for 40 days and when we walked in the staff and manager remembered us it was like coming back home. Great staff and great food and great rooms. Thank you staff for the warm welcome home.

We were a family of 6 staying at the hotel, and it could not have felt more comfortable. The view was spectacular and there was quite professional and friendly treatment from both the housekeepers and receptionists. Any problems that we faced were dealt with, by the staff, immediately and fixed. The hospitality is also fantastic, we frequently travelled between different cities and everytime we came back the rooms were newly refurbished and water bottles were placed at each bed side. The rooms were spacious and clean. I would recommend this hotel to any family looking for a pleasant stay. I'm also looking forward to staying at this hotel soon again.
