Worst hotel experience we ever had in our entire life.
Breakfast was disaster. No varieties and place is narrow. And guess what! It is totally in different building 😒. You can’t order omelette or such. Staff up there are angry and you feel that you are stealing food even you have paid for it. Very slow service.
Swimming pool area is not comfortable at all. Tiles in men toilet is destroyed 😟
Lifts are crowded at 8. All housekeeping comes at one time.
Room are big. I agree.
Rooms doors have no keys.
No slippers! You have to ask for them.
No tooth brush! You have to ask for them.
We booked for 4 adults and we got only 1 towel in each toilet.

There was a time when service meant something. Now it is as it is named. Apartment. If u only want a decent room to stay. If u want a hotel experience. Don't even think about it

This is a good and cozy place to stay at. The establishment is quite old so you will see the wear and tear in and out of the hotel. Rooms are also quite old but it is clean and decent enough to stay. This is my go-to hotel apartment whenever I attend any event in DWTC. All staff are friendly. Never had any issue about any lost item and I hope it stays that way.

The only downside I can say on this establishment is that, sometimes, the rate are quite not competitive given that this is quite an old establishment.

The Apartments Dubai world trade Centre is a superbly located budget hotel. For those having business in this side of town for exhibitions or in the Financial district, this place is practically walkable. Decent friendly staff. It is actually a stone's throw from two Metro stations. Malls and supermarket in the vicinity. Lots of places to eat in this area.

Spacious apartments. Great location. Really old building though. The beds and bathrooms look new but the rest of the furniture is very old. The swimming pool was in a different block so we had to walk like 200 meters outside to get there.

The place was affordable, but the thing that makes me mad is that you have to walk past 3 buildings to get to the buffet, also the service is a bit unprofessional.

Location is great extremely close to the station so you can easily get around.

Room is spacious and could do with some renovations larger TV to begin with, noise will be a problem if your room is road facing so I'd opt for the other side.

Breakfast I went to other stores nearby in the convention centre also as they are close and have more options.

Convenience store along the same street so you can buy your own snacks or even luggage scales!

One of the oldest buildings in dubai. Location is good. Only one block has a poor and the breakfast area. Rooms are big. Not fancy. When opening a window it is veey noisy.

Really old furniture and poor breakfast. Breakfast location is 2 buildings away. The reception staff are not well trained to deal customers. I have recieved the apartment without shower towels in one of the bathrooms. It took them a lot to get me the towels.

The only good things are: the easy free self parking, location and nearby pharmacy and supermarket, the spacious apartment.

i love it there. Though the breakfast venue is a bit far from our building, it was all worth it because of the friendly service and good food. Staff - very friendly. Spacious one-bedroom with kitchen, dining and receiving area -- feels like home.

Good and well connected and comfortable place . Unfortunately food quality at Club Restaurant not up to the mark . We have stayed for five night and WONDERED SAME MENUS WITHOUT SINGLE CHANGE IN BREAK FAST. NO BODY WERE READ TO LISTENING OUR PROBLEM. ADVISE TO EVERYBODY DO NOT BOOK WITH BREAKFAST

I don't agree that they have nice staff. In fact their receptionist is rude!!! I would not recommend it to anyone, not at all! we really regret that we booked in this hotelif i would rate it, it would be for sure super negative!

It's at a great location and close to most places. The metro line near can take you across Dubai (suggest you take a metro card). The hotel is nice with large rooms and nice kitchenette if you want to manage your own meals. There's tons of restaurants and coffee shops too otherwise in and around.
