They are currently renovating and the noise is unbearable. They don't care about people complains. For what you stay in this hotel to relax when your head is going to burst of the drilling noise.

The location is strategic, close to metro station . Rooms are okay, but service not good. Sent for laundry, the hotel staff purposely gave back change AED2 less because "front desk don't have enough change". I was given a room for disabled ,and the TV didn't work. I was moved new room only the next day. It's ridiculous and absurd, especially when the rooms are very expensive and part of Accor Hotel chain. Breakfast buffet is same throughout the week, they should rotate menu. Room attendant stingy with toiletries, I have to call to get shampoo and soap replenished. Not sure I'll stay here again. Not value for money spent. Such a shame as it used to be a good hotel.

Hosted meetings in one of two Penthouse Suites. This was one of the worst Fairmont’s I’ve even been to, expected more fro Dubai. The suite was large but it was very barren. Hardly any furniture or decorations. There was a full kitchen but there was nothing in the kitchen - not even a glass or silverware. Asked the hotel staff for some soft drinks for meeting guests and they brought a dirty cooler. Elevators take FOREVER, so plan accordingly. A lower floor is likely a better option.

The Fairmont; An excellent hotel with super service. Nothing is too much trouble. If you like to bake in the sun, it has two pools - so you can lay in the sun all day. The restaurants and bars are very comfortable and the food is high quality. The room was very clean and the bathroom well appointed. A comfortable bed and a feeling of space. The view from the 29th floor was impressive. Would stay again if going to this area in Dubai

The Fairmont Dubai was excellent. The staff was amazing in making sure we always had what we needed/wanted. Everything was clean and spotless from the arrival to the room. Our room was great and felt brand new with a clean shower, bathroom, bedding, etc. The bed was super comfortable.
The Fairmont has everything you need. Quite frankly, you could have a vacation in this one building. The pools were great, the restaurants were great. The breakfast was extensive, but some of the food could see an improvement, particularly the pastries.
The staff here is great. I'll stay here again the next time I'm in Dubai.response / report this review -

Fantastic and cooperative staff are ready to help you in almost everything. You barely here NO in this hotel. The breakfast is very good as expected. The only negative point was the size of spa and sauna which were too small.

The rooms are spacious and you get the most amazing view of Dubai from your many windows. If you paid for the package you get an excellent buffet every morning from 6.30-11.30am. The hotel has two pools, one facing east and one facing west. There is also dining in the dark experience although we didn't try this. If you like to smoke they have a smoking room on one of the levels. The staff greeted us regularly at the door by name and even decorated our window with our world travels so far. If you want a home away from home experience in a conveniently located hotel then this hotel should be at the top of your list

Overall the hotel is very nice. The lobby is particularly comfortable and relaxed, rather than the craziness of some hotels. The Lebanese restaurant has live music in the late evening which adds to the meal. There's a sports to the right of the main entrance which is a bit more run down but does show football and has reasonable drinks and food.

I always enjoy the gents salon on 11th Floor. You get treated like a king. The very effervescent manicurist Judy has been looking after me for years and she is such a star. It's not cheap but it's quality; they take their time and the team are very nice and super fun.

Nicely renovated. Good lunch buffett. Fairmont have weird rules re status and executive lounge access, so I prefer Hilton or Marriott. But nice choice if you want this location. Professional staff.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. This hotel is home away from home. Very friendly and accommodating atmosphere. For the past 10 years have always stayed at the Fairmont every time I have had to come to Dubai.

Stayed here as a family of four (2 adults & 2 kids). We had a 1 bed suite which was a great size for us. Service was great and rooms very clean. Buffet breakfast was also of good quality. Nice pool and decent gym facilities. Would highly recommend.

Fairmont is a luxurious class Hotel. Has beautiful lobby and business meeting halls. As Dubai World Trade Centre is in walkable distance, best place for people who visit expo in trade centre

My experience at Farming Dubai was so wonderful. My partner & I visited Dubai for the Film & Comic con and the entire 5 days at the hotel were just great. Staff were so friendly & helpful, went out of their way to give you advice (being young student first time travellers we were nervous). Rooms were spotless whenever we'd return to the hotel; they also had brilliant views of the city. Large bedroom and bathroom. Our room was beautiful and the facilities were also perfect. Our experience was so good we didn't want to leave 😖 The hotel was a 5-10 minute (very cheap!) taxi ride away from the Dubai Mall, and opposite the metro, giving you very accessible transport. The chefs at the restaurant were incredibly impressive making instant delicious food in front of your eyes, very talented people. Overall staff were so lovely I think they lead an examples for other hotels, quality of facilities and rooms were more than satisfactory and I'd love to return one day.

Very beautiful hotel right across the street from the World Trade Center and right at a metro stop. They have two swimming pools, one getting the sunshine during the morning hours and the other getting the sunshine in the evening hours. Beautiful lobby and units.
