After paying for the hotel and the amount for the airport shuttle they told me they do not do this service but on booking it is mentioned as extra payment, if you do not do the service cancel it from your web page. this for me is a sign of bad management organisation.

This place is disgusting the bathroom accessories have fallen apart toilets seat hanging loose. Traps from basin leaking on floor. And practically no breakfast apart from stale bread eggs to order.
LATE night see prostitutes in the hotel.
My honest word to owners.This hotel use to be very good because of cleanliness, friendly staff and location.Work hard and retains its glory back.before you loose itresponse / report this review -

Good quality rooms. Decent service. 5 mins from Al Fahidi Metro station. 10 mins to Burjuman Mall Metro station. Plenty of food outlets around the best place to live in Bur Dubai

One of the best 3 star hotels in Bur Dubai. Room are clean and tidy. Restaurant serves Continental, Chinese and American cuisines. Amazing staffs especially Mr. Chanthu from front desk and Mrs. Arsha from reservations. They both provided good assistance. Will be staying again next time when I come to Dubai.

The environment is quiet peaceful. I would give 3 for the ambience but the room was not that good. The head of the bed was a bit torn and that ruined the look. Another problem was the water, which was always hot even when you opened the cold water tap. The food was good, as I only had breakfast so I can speak for that. Be sure to not keep anything with you that needs refrigeration cause the refrigerator was not working at all. Other than that, if these things don't trouble you, then it's a good affordable place to be. Lively, the staff is very very good and very responsive.

Decent hotel for a family stay. Usually quiet and in a great location. You can get food from a variety of restaurants and eateries. Small stores available nearby for basic supplies.

Things went very smoothly here And actually you can ask for a WiFi password here for a day and use it for how many ever days you want.. Yet they're gonna charge you only for a day :P
