Hospitality business primarily runs on how well your service staff treats their guests. Mr usman sadekar was extremely courteous and helpful since day 1 in making all the arrangements. Agnes , mahesh and shubam were very cordial and hospitable with my family. The hotel amenities are good. The location is even better.

we stay 13feb to 20 feb.it was a comfortable n good stay.excellent rooms with kitchenette.rooms was very clean n cool.services and all things are very good.each n every members of staff was very polite n co-oprative n ever smiling.spl. mr.sumit was very friendly n helpful at the reception.thank you team savoy for the best time out there.it was realy very good n memoreble stay.will stay here again.we recommend this hotel.

The value for money at this hotel is amazing. But only do you get full sized and fully equipped apartments as rooms, (with personal laundry) but the location is great too. Staff were also nothing but courteous at all times.

The only issue I have with this place is that it's rather far from public transport, and the street in front is always jammed up at night.

But other than that it's great!

Very hard to fault this accommodation. Everything was in top condition. A pleasure to stay there and will return some day. Also in a great location, close to old parts of Dubai. 5-10 minute walk to the Metro.

Pathetic attitude of the restaurent management. Staying for last 3 months plus. Refusing to provide extended breakfast facilities with stupid reasoning, while the same facilities are provided to other guest. Be prepared to get humiliated and insulted right on the dinning table in front of other guest in spite of the fact that I have been in talks with them for extension of my stay and had previous saved them from loss of good will and reputation on more than one occasion. The management have inflated ego and unapologetic about their pathetic behaviour. Be careful if you have kids with you and God save you from humiliation and insults if you need any extended facilities.

Best hotel apartment to stay in Dubai, I would recommend for families and long stays, they have fully equipped kitchenette were you can cook, very friendly and approachable staffs. I will definitely visit Savoy Central Dubai again!

Comfortable experience,
Friendly staff, you get a free drink when you arrive or whenever you are waiting in the lobby for a while and they notice.
bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious.
The breakfast was very tasty, if you arrive a bit late but before breakfast ends (it serves until 10:30)
Some things might not be on display anymore, but you can simply ask staff and still get whatever is missing.
They stop serving and taking away everything at 10:30 which i was a bit surprised about.
Normally hotels stop taking new guests for breakfast at 10:30 but let things stay where they are till everybody finished.

Very comfortable check in and check out times.

Only downside i could find thus far is the fact that the bath room was quite old and a bit damaged. and the water/bath smelled a bit "funny" and the water was not guided to the drain properly resulting in slightly rotted wood of the door post.

Nice place to stay - clean, modern, well-equipped rooms, friendly staff. Also I liked their interior design so much (compared to other hotels around) - bright and restrained. Somebody did a good job picking pleasant colors in every detail of rooms and lobby.
