It is a good hotel. Best hotel I have ever seen. It is a two star hotel but it's facilities are like four star. only one thing that there should be a club house in the hotel and also a swimming pool it has the very very polite and well English speaking staff

Actually I would say 3.5 stars.. hotel is good.. prompt services with good food.. but no natural light or well lit room which I didnt like as we were with the baby.. no play area for the kids or open area to relax .. otherwise it is good for couples or single person who is travelling for the work.. beech is nearby.. one more thing u can not control the temperature of bathing water.. that was coming too hot..

Amazing place. Super clean, great service and helpful/polite staff who all speak English at a great level. Rooms were spacious, breakfast had a good range of top quality food.
The free shuttle bus service to popular destinations was handy; just book it in a day advance.
Everything is a cheap taxi journey away or a walk. There are plenty of local shops, restaurants, market stalls and kfc, pizza hut etc literally around the corner from the hotel.
This was my first ever visit to Dubai and it was perfect.. Dubai is super clean, the people are very helpful and friendly and no one ever says a thing regardless of what time you're out, my latest being 4am after a night out oh and ignore what people & paper write about it being super strict; I've been to several Bars, clubs, shopping malls and beaches and haven't seen this so called 'strict' approach.response / report this review -

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express Jumeirah was very pleasant. Their excellent facilities and services gave us the much needed rest and refreshment on our Dubai tour. The wholesome breakfast helped us start our day well. Absolutely loved those sweet Raisin Strudels.

Had a nice stay of four nights at the Holiday Inn Express Jumeirah. Clean rooms, standard room was decently sized, bathroom offered a shower only (fully OK with me, but might be interesting to some of you). In general, friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was good, but nothing special - and the restaurant always a little bit too crowded throughout the morning hours.
Location is OK, you can easily reach Bur Dubai or the north of Jumeirah Beach (including the newly opened Beachfront La Mer). For most of the other sights in Dubai or during summer time, you will definitely need a taxi. Stick to official cabs or ordered Uber rides where possible.
Will come here again, would recommend to look for offers though - at the standard rates there can be other options around which might offer better location.response / report this review -

Dreadful experience. Had to extend original 1 night stay by extra nite. Made booking via travel agent. Hotel could not find the second booking. Time wasted sorting this out.
Needed clothes cleaned urgently. Delivered laundry personally at 0630 and marked it EXPRESS. 12 hours later and 4 excuses from 4 different staff members (none of whom seemed particularly bothered by my lack of clean clothes) I still have not received my clothes.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on the 12th and 13th of Sep. We reserved 2 rooms, one with a double bed and 1 with two twin beds. The reception staff was very nice and very helpful. That is about the only good thing working for this hotel. One of the room stunk at shisha and we asked for a replacement, although we asked for a no smoking room. The carpet was stained, the elevator reeked with cheap perfume (to cover other stinks)
The bathroom is tiny, the shower was broken (shower head kept sliding down)
The bedding were clean (a pleasant surprise)
The big adventure was going in and out of the underground parking lot. I am not sure what happened here. But it is so tight, that one 4x4 ahead of us almost got stuck and we had to help him out.
Overall: STAY AWAY! I think Holiday Inn should remove its banner!response / report this review -

It looks modern and the rooms are quite decent sized but cleanliness could be improved. In the bathroom there is dried soap and traces of mold in the shower cabin and on the ceiling. The towels and bedsheets are washed but stained. The toilet seat doesn't look particularly hygienic either.
There is a buffet for lunch and dinner and at lunch there is a choice of main course. The food is ok but nothing to write home about. It's alright for a travel hotel.response / report this review -

They have their own sub brand 'The Bar', a normal bar, that's it. Price of alcohol is not at all pocket friendly. I had a pint of Budweiser, costed 42 AED. They didn't serve any complementary side snack which most of the bars usually serve with ordered liquor. The bar attendant was either lazy or not interested to ask if I wanted anything else or not. Had to wait for at least 20 minutes to get the ordered food. It was grilled shrimp, no doubt it was really good. Not interested to go there again.

It's a nice budget hotel near the jumerah in Dubai. It's quiet and a good get away from the hustle of town. Staff are very nice and polite and extremely welcoming.

Customer service is good. Rooms are clean and noise free. Breakfast is average. Room for two adult and one child is small. Free Wifi Internet but gives trouble for connecting more then two devices and you need to consult help desk for troubleshooting.

The room was alright, but the hotel entrance and elevator required some work to make this suitable to be associated with the Holiday Inn brand name. The breakfast buffet was very limited. All in all, a clean, comfortable and central hotel for those on a budget.
