The staff was nice, the appliances in room we're super dated, the washer dryer all in one not the best use, the water drained onto the floor and the drain is not at the lowest point, needed to use towels to mop up water. The hotplate it kept turning off. Small roaches

Simple appartments for a reasonable price. Very good prices in a hotel cafe. Location is good, 10 minutes to ADCB station, Spinneys and Burjuman trade centers are close.
Cons are: some utencils missing, no balcony, very poor water flow from the shower, have seen little cockroaches in the kitchen, small shaded window - a little light, cleaning is symbolic as usual, only one power socket.response / report this review -

Hotel is good. Service is good. But they're holding the passports in the name of scanning and threaten they'll issue the passports only if full amount is paid. This attitude is ridiculous.

Standard hotel apartment. Location is the biggest plus point. Hotel have covered parking. Staff is helpful. Hotel is not plush but value for money.

If there is a zero star i would go for it.
The worst hotel i ever seen
Dirty, smelly and too small
Its not worthed the money paid
I would changed, but i was stuck with it
The hotel staff very rude and disrespectful
Very far from the metro station
Booking should change the pictures cuz it looks perfect but in realty its garbage

Everything was broken , not working , had to call them for fixing things again and again. Wifi is veryyyyyy slow. They don't provide even 1 bottle of water after first day, bathroom looks very old.

It's not a very elegant place to stay and need a lot of work , so my advice guys take care of this place and it will turn to something wonderful but nice location

I don't even know how they got 3 Stars! This is like the shittiest hotel I have ever been to. Let me go point wise.
Washroom :
Washrooms are very small. They have shower kits but no Brushing Kit. I had to wake up and get toothpaste from the nearby supermarket. There are no towels in the washroom. The hooks to hang clothes were broken. Just terrible.
Kitchen:
The microwave is an antique piece from last decade and is quite difficult to operate. Making yourself a cup of coffee or tea is a challenge in itself since you have to use your fingers to stir it. After you are done drinking, you won't see a dishwashing soap to wash the crockery you used.
Room:
Rooms are okay sortof. The sofa is not at all comfortable. WiFi is good as long as everyones asleep. It's very difficult to use mobile data as well.
The staff is as illiterate it can get. They do not talk properly. No respect. Doesn't listen to the customer and leaves before.
I called Home Service 3 times and they didn't respond.
The staff isn't welcoming. They literally have no training on how to talk with customer. Avoid staying at this hotel.response / report this review -
