Stayed here in February 2018, it was brilliant. couldn't of asked for more from the staff, they where very helpful answering all questions we had. i couldn't fault the hotel at all. Good for family stay

Huge apartments for a 'hotel room' price. No restaurant to speak of. Underground parking good. Infuriating practice of checking your room for abuse or damage before they let you pay

Loved it! We had booked a 2BHK apartment during our stay in Dubai and it was absolutely comfortable since we were traveling as a family. But don't book it for a small group of friends. You need to have a crowd to actually use all the facilities that are available here.

Location was nice many Indian restaurants nearby ..a supermarket is there just in around 1km ..a metro station nearby
Hotel..Staff was nice ..an Indian restaurant just on the ground floor with nice breakfast .
Rooms..were spacious with a hall ,, kitchen and a bedroom and a bathroom awesome for families..although they amenities could be improved..

Its a nice cozy place. Not the best if you're kind of OCD. Found dirty cups during breakfast on the table, the smell of cigarettes in the room was too strong. It has a nice pool and a nice scenery of downtown.

The goods: close to supermarket and has kitchen which helps if you are looking to cook and eat instead of eating out. Staff is friendly. Breakfast spread is also available everyday.Spacious rooms.

The bads: Highly unclean. After walking around in the rooms, we had a lot of black dirt under our feet and we had to keep washing them. I doubt if they have cleaned the floor for many days or weeks.
The couch and bed sheets were dirty and stained. The towels were also stained.
We had asked for non smoking rooms and they gave us smoking room saying that it was non smoking. when we got to the room incould smell smoke and asked them they had said that it is a non smoking room in a smoking floor. lol. I also found ash trays in the room.

Very rude and impolite reception mr.viku among the many hotels I have visited. Not worth going and staying even if it is free.
Need to train their staff in customer service.

A good hotel with a really nice view of the Burj Khalifa and the city, it is also located very nicely to connect you with the Burjuman Mall.

Fantastic place. Very homely staff is great and Internet is WiFi is free. Metro is a 10 min walk. Grocery stores available close by.
