This is the second time we've been to the hotel. Having had free shuttle to the amazing beach La mer, free tickets to the cinema, free popcorn and ice cream for children plus coffee or tea for us in the afternoons, dates and water during the day, complimentary fruit basket and toys for kids , we enjoyed a lot. The staff is very friendly, helpful and outgoing. The cleanliness is in a very high level. The hotel is close to the AL Fahidi metro station, restaurants, shops, Burjuman Mall. Definitely we will back again.

Quite expensive comparatively. Total Indian tradition meals in breakfast. They will not serve you single water but paid. You need to buy drinking water. Accommodation is comfortable and calm. Staff is friendly.

Stayed in your hotel for ten nights. All liked it. Staff attentive, try to help, in the room clean. There is a free shuttle bus to the beach, give mats and a towel. They take to the beach La Mer, there it is very beautiful, there is a walking zone, but umbrellas and sunbeds are paid. Issue two cards on the subway, which is very convenient. Thank you staff for your attention!

Perfect location if you are about to visit old town and burj/mall and want to be close to the airport. Reasonably priced, perfect service from the staff, good breakfastb plus free shuttle to beach and pool/sauna on the roof. You won't find better price/quality ratio in this location.

The staff was nice but the hotel room was not what I was expecting with mold in the bathroom. I could smell the cigarette smoke in my bathroom because just above us was a smoking floor which had a very bad smell. The gym was very under-equipped. I don't even know if one can call this place a gym at all. There were 6 dumbbells and three machines two of which were fir cardio. It is closed after 10pm which is a big inconvenience. Savoi hotel right next to it has a nice gym.

This Hotel Apartments is an amazing place with wonderful dishes, a queen sized bed and a smaller bed. Very comfortable and cozy. Food service is amazing and the jacuzzi is relaxing with a good about of bubbles coming to massage you. The pool is approximately 5 feet deep with water clean. Not a big pool but can have a good amount of fun here

A great hotel which was close to Burjuman shopping center (you can easily walk there) and catch both Metro lines. We arrived at 1am and our very tired 4 year old was given a gift which made her so happy. The staff were absolutely amazing to us. We could really not have asked for more. Rooms were well kept and well appointed. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you to everyone for you help and assistance. You were the best!

Very disappointing. The hotel is poorly maintained and smells funny. The bathroom is not clean and the ceiling tiles are coming apart. Our room was on the top floor, so the air conditioning systems on the roof made it so loud it seemed like there was a helicopter in our room. The bed is fine, but the sheets were slightly stained and the sofa bed is terrible. They are stingy with towels and drinking water, and the room has this weird system where you have to put your only key into a slot to make the electricity work, so if anyone is staying in the room the other person can't take a key with them.
The staff were unhelpful and at times seemed to willfully misunderstand and confuse the conversation.

Everything was excellent, all the staff were friendly specially reception member, they were very helpful.
The two bags carrier's was very kind and helpful people they presented a very good welcoming for us.
