Front desk team is very kind, professional and provides always excellent service with lots of patient. Room service and house keeping staff is also very helpful, and nice especially Anand, Emma and Thin. I enjoy staying at Novotel hotel due to great service, very quite place, staff always helping you with smile.

Housekeeping services is good. Glad to have Siyad and Nithin to help us with the daily chores.
Facilities are slightly lacking though. No dish-drying rack nor clothes-drying rack. Also no dish washing detergent nor washing powder..
These will be very helpful and useful for long-term guests
Otherwise, a great Hotel !

Good, spacious bedrooms with beautiful living room. Bathroom is also beautiful and spacious with a tub and availability of toiletries is ensured. Great room service and Staffs who ensure that the rooms are always clean. Hotel accomodates swimming pool, gym, and indoor games like table tennis, Billiards, etc. Bedroom has a queen size bed and multiple sofas in bedroom and living room. Rooms are quipped with modular kitchen. Centralised AC beautifully lit rooms with both artificial and natural light.

They host the slaves not people, very bad customer care policy for Novotel Group of Hotels,
Lack of corporate culture and mutual trust, i stayed first in Dubai and had better experience than this time in Musaffah
I recommend not to book this hotel or IBIS hotel thanks

We had our newborn Einar's naming Ceremony in Wok&Co. at Ibis Novotel, Gate City on November 24, 2017. We had great time, awesome ambience, very helpful hotel staff. We and all our friends gathered really cherish the time we spent.

Location of hotel is less ideal, but all staffs are so friendly and helpful that make up the ‘disadvantages’ of staying here.

It's a fair hotel with good location and easygoing staff, they offer a limited options of food and beverages, the hotel offers a great venue for wedding celebrations, business events and small exhibitions.
The price is fair but with the price range you will find a better options.
Mostly I recommend this hotel for people who needs a night or two far away from the crowd but in the middle of Abu Dhabi city.

Visited Novotel and Ibis complex few times, especially their food and beverage venues. Loved the place over all. Their terrace is a real USP. Nice view of the creek. The Belgian bar is a really good one in the city, with their prompt and professional service as well us a reasonably priced menu.

It was a very awesome place and friendly staff. I stayed in this hotel on June 9th for a night while traveling to dubai. It was Ramadan season and wasn't aware of the restaurant timing. Bhanu Prakash from cafeteria helped me by explaining the timings and told there is a buffet early morning and also helped to get some food for my hungry kids in the night.
Kolitha - the manager on duty was very humble and accommodative. Got me some extra towels arranged to keep my medication . In the fridge. I will definitely advice the hotel and also stay there if i happen to travel abu dhabi.

I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was very friendly. Most waiters are cool and It made me feel like I was home in the states. The one thing that was different though was the service. The location is very near to the air port , and out of the crowded city .

First of all, I would like to thank all the staff member who I met when I arrived to Novotel AbuDhabi. They left good impression about the place and first impression would stay forever.
Also, the hotel met my expectations and everything is good so far for the first night. I will check the breakfast tomorrow and I will put my feedback accordingly.

We went for a "Design and Dine" event, and had a great time.

However, have been here a few times before due to there being a Belgian Beer Cafe here.

Great place, and out of the way so usually more relaxed than other hotels
