Very good hotel plenty of feature and distraction.
Rooms are quite large and comfortable.
In room kitchen is a plus especially for long stay guest.
Internet is fast enough to guarantee a good streaming with most of the social app.response / report this review -

This hotel makes a lot of claims on their website. "Park Arjaan by Rotana - a new edge of modern living" is the first line. They claim to have "up-to-date technology and facilities." They also claim to have high speed internet. I think this is quite a bit of an overstatement. What's considered to be high speed internet is an average speed of 8-10 mbps. Today, I checked my connections speed and I'm getting 1.36 mbps. In my opinion, it's comparable to 1990's dial up internet. It's also stated on their website that they offer Multichannel satellite television. What they don't tell you is that it often goes in and out. Not to mention, the TV volume is almost inaudible at a setting of 50 out of a 100. You might ask why I just don't turn the volume up higher.Well, it's programmed so you can't. I'm sure they got their high ratings from the facilities located on the bottom floor. But as for the 10 floors above it. I give it a rating just above a Motel 6. On a lighter note, the hotel staff is extremely friendly and courteous.
