The room was very comfortable, lovely bed and a bathroom without, thank goodness, a window into the bedroom (why this style is so popular in UAE, I don't know). Staff were nice and gave us an early check in. The rooftop pool was fine but it's a shame there was no view due to high walls.

The rooms were amazing and clean. The food was extremely accommodating, especially for a vegetarian. The only downside was the weird shower which splashed water everywhere but besides that, would recommend.

The Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi has been losing its luster for several years now. This stay has solidified my decision that it will be my last stay. The restaurants have unknowledgeable staff. The food tastes basic and the bar serves drinks that are below amateur. The 4-Star award this hotel boasts is no longer the case. And I’ll bet that I won’t get a response to this review from the hotel.

Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable, well equipped. Good breakfast buffet, polite and efficient staff. Great for tourists as it is located between downtown and the wonderful Grand Mosque. No negatives at all during our stay

Very good hotel compared by Holiday Inns I know,
Just a point I raised to reception manager:
The praying area are just in the corridor of females salon, which I don't find it a good idea, picture attached.

Etihad Airways booked a stay for us in this wonderful Hotel because our Air Berlin flight was cancelled. Even of You can normally checkin from 14:00, they prepared a room for us from 11:00. The room was very nice and tidy. Breakfast and Dinner are very delicious and worth a stay for itself! Definitely one of the best buffets I have ever had. The staff was always very kind and tried to help US as much as they could, contacting Ethihad for schedulling and getting Informations.
Despite the circumstances it was a wonderful stay.

Bedroom is so comfy, breakfast is delicious, service is totally excellent, staffs are nice. Cannot complain about anything. There is gym, jacuzzi, massage room. Overall this hotel is excellent, I will return back to this hotel when I return back to Abu Dhabi.

After being transferred last minute to the Holiday Inn after a cancelled flight at 3am in the morning we received nothing less than an amazing experience, great friendly staff that were very helpful, beautiful rooms & food. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Khaled & Team!

Closer to ADNEC and also mushroomed mall but the in house service is not as expected they need to improve on the housekeeping service had to wait for long or had to remind them twice for anything hope they will improve this

The rooms are spacious enough well equipped with necessary amenities including a shoe shiner :-). The hotel has multiple restaurants including a sushi place for the Sushi lovers. Comfortable beds and great staff a great place to stay.

Where do I start from ..

It was really a wonderful experience and looking forward to visit again, everything was great from the time we checked in until the departure Room, restaurants and staff was great, sushi San place was fantastic and pizza and pasta it was amazing delicious and I would like thanks Mr Marco and leinn for making my visit great .
