First thing first, this mark is not reflecting the service I've received from the employees. Those were professional, dedicated and clever.
In addition the bad mark is not pointing the manager who is required to make his best efforts with what he's working with.
No, the bad mark goes to the owners. How they can be proud of themselves by charging 600 Dirham more (not including breakfast) per night for those installations?
Breakfast : literally hard eggs, beans and bread
Internet : not available in room on the evening (bandwidth saturated)
Hot water from shower = warm water
I felt like some Chinese hotels 5 years ago.
Positive points : room fridge is working, bed and sheets are comfortable, the room is large, efficient laundry service. But so much targets were missed once you are business traveller and you booked for not less than nine nights.
Suggestions: the rooms are big enough to make two rooms in one. Reconfigure the layout of the half of your building and maybe you'll be able to accommodate more people.response / report this review -

Tulip Inn is quite a serene place fit for relaxation and calming of nerves. Quiet, neat and homely.

This place is too old too expensive. i go there sometimes to watch football in the outdoor sheesha place which has many TVs but only one receiver which makes the clients fight on which football match they want to see. i wish they transform this place as it has a good location.
