Terrible hotel, completely out of date and not very clean. The bathroom was particularly unclean. The security staff wasn't very nice, asked for ID from my guests in a very rude manner and were threatening when we explained that they would retrieve ID from the car. I had booked the hotel in order to attend an exhibition and ended up leaving early, booking another hotel. The breakfast was a complete rip off, it was a basket of bread with coffee. There's no parking available either and this one of the busiest areas in Abu Dhabi.

The staff is too slow to respond. The japanese lady at the reception was not amiable. Service can be improved by a lot.

Absolutely the worst experience here. I checked in early so that I could keep my food in the fridge. When I got back, I learned that they had thrown it all out! I had 7 meals with me and all they offered was a measly free dinner. They only offered me with a complementary dinner for a night! I will never be staying here.

Descent hotel for the price. It is located in the middle of Abu Dhabi and has a few restaurants near by. From there, you have easy access to other parts of the city quite easily for for a cheap taxi fare. The staff is friendly and offer great service. It has more traditional furniture and could use a slight refurb.

Pros:
- very spacious one bedroom apartment
- great size fully equipped kitchen with stove and and oven.
- bed is comfortable and big.
- the internet is 90% perfect
- very calm and quiet and clean
- very helpful friendly and patient staff
- great easy location
- great m restaurants just down the building
- easy to find taxi
- very good value of money (but then i got off season deal)
- parking is not difficult around
- I didn't go to the hotel gym but there is a very good bodybuilding gym called "rak gym" 7 mins walk
Cons:
- local calls in uae are free. That is a known fact but this hotel charges 3 dirhams per minute.
- every visitor must present ID so it is not easy to bring casual sex encounters for some fast love
- the net is fast and good but it keeps dropping now and then
- they can try to over charge sometime about things. So be persistent and vigilant when they do that.
- the reception is very small and only one person does the check in and out and handle guests calls. So things can take time.response / report this review -
