Apartments are very clean and lightful. Staff sympathy. Driver will take care of your car parking. Very quiet and discreet. No swimming pool but has gym and massage centre. A good choice to spend time and rest in central Abu Dhabi.

Center of Abu Dhabi city Near to Abu Dhabi bus station 🚉 Nearest and one of the best mall Al Wahada is near to this hotel Since it's on the air port road side you won't find difficult in getting taxis from this location

Budget accommodation with very basic facilities.. there is a small Gym and a small breakfast counter.. with very few options. But situated in an area with all the amenities near by. Very close to Alwahda Mall and Alwahda Bus station. Airport is 30 mins distant but finding a Taxi is very easy.

A budget hotel with its fair share of benefits and disadvantages.
Advantage:
1. Location - at old airport road, pretty close to the city without having to be in the middle of all the traffic and rush.
2. Budget - price is comparatively low
Disadvantages:
1. Room facilities : Pretty old and has issues with bathroom taps, specifically with hot and cold water mixing.
2. WiFi is only within the room

Very convenient location. Nicely maintained rooms. Very good crockery , cuttlery, and in room amenities.
Convenience store is next door.
Al Wahada mall and Bus station is at walking distance.
Citibus stop and taxi pit is just in front of the hotel.response / report this review -

Very clean and well maintained property and reasonable rates.
Polite and helping staff.
Efficient and prompt housekeeping.
Clean linen.
Very clean toilets.
Maintainance issues if any arise are fixed within not more than 15 min or a good reason given for non urgent issues (like material to be purchased or special technician to be brought in) and issues fixed in the same day.
Baqala or small store in next building. Gives Room delivery even for smallest of items.
Being on Airport road is well connected to the city by Bus (Bus stop is right at the door and pedestrian crossing across) and ample taxis at any given time of day or night.
Small gym and cafeteria in same building.

I gave only a 1 star rating due to the poor customer service. Luckily it was Raju the Manager who made me put 1 star. The check-in process was quick and smooth so it was a hands-up. I only booked for 1 day because i wanted to meet my friends visiting Abu Dhabi. The next day, i called the reception area requesting for housekeeping. What surprised me was, the receptionist (Indian Lady) responded that she cannot send any housekeeping because we only stayed their for 1 day and they will do the cleaning right after our check out. That means we have to deal with bins which is full of garbage? Worse service for a costly stay, rejecting me to give housekeeping service where i paid my entire stay Also, the night duty guy, the moment i entered the main door, he just stood up staring outside without even offering to open the door for his guest, no greeting at all. I was officially struck with the type of customer service with your hotel/apartment. Although i like the room, i like the kitchen with complete basic stuff utensils on it, bathroom, should have been better, but there were traces of black fungus on some of the corners. (Room 201) Booking date Saturday, 13th of May 2017.

A quite good hotel. There was only one discomfortable thing. If someone smokes or cooks at the lower floor, you feel quite strong smell. Very kind service room personal.

Overall good hotel with good deal. Nice clean rooms, good facilities, good service, polite staff, especially kitchen with basic utensils was very helpful. Wi-Fi was troubling a bit. No swimming pool. Gym decent. Overall good for short business stay

Not bad given the outside of the building, inside is a bit small as a hotel but the rooms are quite big, everything you need is inside including washing machine, microwave. First floor units have small balconies which is nice. Only negative is gym too tiny.
