One of the best hotels I’ve been, period. We went there for 5 day’s vacation and the stay was amazing. We checked in at night, the staff was very welcoming and helped us kindly after a long flight. The room was so good and high and very facilitated - coffee machine, refrigerator, iron and more, and the view was absolutely priceless! The hotel has 3 pools, and one was warmed pool, the hotel also have private beach. The pool staff is great and with rich menu for drinks and food. Highly recommended 🤩

Overall, a very nice hotel. We had adjoining rooms and I was bit disappointed that my kids had the better bathroom. 🫠. The international breakfast buffet was truly that. We ate so much from so many places!!! Hospitality is top notch and the views from the observation deck (as well as out rooms) were terrific. Would definitely choose this location again!

Undeniably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in with world class service along with it. Every single staff member is polite and courteous when walking past. It was all the little details that made this stand out above the rest such as complimentary fruit and drinks bought in; bedroom were prepared for evening with curtains drawn and slippers placed out by the time I returned to the room. Breakfast was on another level with a wide variety to cater for different cultural and requirements. If you do decide to stay here you will not be disappointed! I would definitely make the visit again

By far the best hotel I ever stayed in!!!! The staff is so friendly, everyone was so nice but I want to give a special thanks to Linda from breakfast, Ajay from the pool restaurant and Rhys who welcomed us at the reception. We stayed with our little girl three days in this hotel and it was perfect, nothing you would miss. Breakfast was just amazing! Free water and ice cream in the afternoon at the beach. I stayed in a lot of hotels but this was the best until now. Hope to come back one day. Thanks again to all staff!

We spent 4 nights in this outstanding hotel and my partner, my young daughter and I had a memorable experience. From Arrival to departure the staff has looked after us outstandingly. Often they anticipated our requests. We have also noticed that the staff look really happy working in this hotel and have a very genuine approach. We will definitely be back!

Excellent architecture towering over the Abu Dhabi skies. Well worth a visit the area itself is lovely. Friendly staff and also a some lobby area upon entry. Actually went to visit the restraint Rays Grill on the Top floor hence the reason for being here. Nice to see such grandeur in a more relaxed way as opposed to Abu Dhabi

Stayed in an amazing apartment at the Jumeirah. Extremely well appointed. Access to all hotel facilities. Lots of restaurants (and even bars - catering to Western sensibilities). Wonderful views of Abu Dhabi, the desert and the waterways. Close to everything there is to see and do in Abu Dhabi. Highly recommended.

Jumeirah is always special, in Etihad towers it is special and different. Amazing food in Executive lounge, beautiful views and good ambience. Very comfortable spacious rooms!

One of the best venues to stay in /meet/ dine in Abu Dhabi.. A bit pricey but classy.. The cuisine is supreme, they make amazing appetizers, oriental, international western cuisine.. We had conference there and the services were first class.. Highly recommended!

This is an historic Place In Dubai landmark which should be visited by everyone visiting the city. From the incredible architecture, to the Arabian glamour that surrounds it, and the amazing beach setting it should not be missed! And the huge upside down the lobby made great pictures!! We loved it! Amazing.. All service is too good Quickly Serve..

The rooms a very comfortable, but as an ex-pat, the amenities are lackluster. Television options are poor so streaming is your only option. The problem with that is the internet is flaky at best. Hit or miss in whether you have the bandwidth to even check emails not to mention working from home.

If you are on vacation, this is an excellent place to stay. If you are living here for 6 months, it gets boring with nothing to watch and no way of watching online.

You MUST stay here. Not only because you are a fast and the furious fan but a real traveller. Since this is a 5 star hotel I already had high expectations but the service provided was more than expected.

You have to eat buffé, not only breakfast but during lunch, brunch and dinner. It is high quality food and a large amount of food from all over the world. The room was big and comfortable. Lots of facilities and amenities. Stay here minimum 3 nights!

Very nice and clean. The employees are very curteous. The restaurants are great. The units are not sound proof so you can hesr tbe outside music from ghe nightclub. There is no heat which surprised me that a hotel of these rating has no heat. It does get cold in abu dhabi.

Don't waste your money with this overrated and overpriced hotel
Jumeirah at Etihad towers has the worst front office and valet parking services belongs to Jumeirah properties. This hotel deserves 4 stars in my opinion. I have stayed in 8 of their hotels and never had any bad experience with their lobby managers, room cleanliness and the valet parking people like how I experienced in this overrated hotel. The way they cleaned our room was horrible, The valet parking man refused to take our cars on the first night for no reasons and non of the lobby managers responded to our complaintst so they were just ignoring and avoiding us. However, the local guy Mr. Nassaar is a helpful person with a good diplomatic personality and characteristics and Ms Emili the lady wearing black dress showed us a nice and warm Arab welcoming way also the rose water restaurant manger Mr Sundeep is a very professional manager that knows how to explain everything well about their cuisines and restaurants. All of them deserve to work at better hotels honestly. So these 3 stars will only go to rose water restaurant, rays grill on floor 63 , 3 swimming pools , warm welcoming with Ms Emili, observation deck, Mr Nassaar & Mr Sundeep

My room hand an overwhelming smell of cigarettes. Management switched me when I told them. I also killed a roach. They gave me complimentary dates and chocolates. Other than that the resort was amazingly luxurious. The room was cheaper than a full course meal for 2. Odd but then we just got fresh bakery items in the lobby and ate at the mall. Can't wait to go back

I stayed for one week while my apartment was being renovated.
I was treated like royalty from the time I walked in the doors. I was given hand cloth while at reception, to wipe my hands, and given a beautiful juice.
I was taken to my room and was amazed in how large it was and well set out.
It had everything I needed and more.
It was very clean and cleaned daily.
Great coffee machine and selection of coffee in the kitchenette.
Had good sleep every night and heard very little noise from outside.
Great views out to the ocean.
Free high speed internet.
Thanks to all staff for great week.

I have worked in Abu Dhabi for 5 years. 3 out of 5 years we stayed at a two bedroom service apartment within the hotel. Management and staff is outstanding and the building is of high quality and high standard. Same for all the restaurants. We now live in Europe and return to Jumeirah Etihad towers Abu Dhabi every year and stay in the hotel room or service apartment. I have stayed in many hotels around Abu Dhabi, Dubai and around the world. Jumeirah Etihad towers hotel has become our favorite.
