i have stayed at Icon so many times and will stay more the next time i visit. located in central deira surronded by resturants. roof top pool, and the view from roof is amazing. dream palace hotel told me my reservation is cancelled just to make more money for making a booking then and there so i called icon hotel appts and Mr. Viky at reception was very welcoming and gave me an hour to arrive and gave me a good deal aswell for my stay. every time i crossed the reception who ever was there, they always gave a welcoming smile and that made my day. thanks allot of making my trip memorable.

A very nice place to be, the location perfect, wide room amd comfortable bed, the kitchen makes u feel like you are at home, just that television cable needs to fixed for a clear vision, I will definitely come back.

far too pricey for the quality of the room. otherwise no complaints considering we got this on discount. Wi-Fi was spotty at times but usable overall.

The worst hotel in dubai is icon hotel . Reception staff they don't know respect at all they are very roud even no answer for HI.Food is very bad . Place is very dirty and noisy .price is high compare with other similar hotels.any time day or night staff are disturbing.i stayed one night only and changed.very very bad hotel .

Haven't even got inside because when I was checking hotel prices all across that area, they told me two different prices for same apartment within 3 hours. Didn't want to deal with scams.

The worst hotel ever. Poor cleaning, terribly noisy, huge building site on the other side of the street, shabby, cockroaches in toilet, incredibly unfriendly staff. Not really worth even one star. The only plus goes to the smiling lady in reception.

Average service, acceptable food, uncommunicative staff and cockroaches. If you have money and you are looking for accommodation in Dubai , please choose only hotels 4 and more stars (I wish I had known this before).

very bad support from staff.. once you stay , then never u will be back . staff behavior looks like they want to close the hotel . no support from reception.
