Each of the 106 suites features a contemporary decor and will provide you with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. There is a full kitchenette with a microwave oven. The bathroom also comes with a bath or shower. You can enjoy city view from the room.

Quite good hotel at Deira area in Dubai. The rooms are clean and spacious, the WiFi connection is good. The breakfast buffet was not that reach and the waiters are somehow understaffed. The access to everywhere in Dubai is good from the hotel as the metro station is just in front of it and the metro is the most reliable mode of transportation in Dubai. There is also a big shopping mall just across the street from the hotel Deira city center which has all kinds of shopping activities and cinema. The hotel is just 10 mins from the airport which is most likely was the reason I picked it for.

Perfect location for shopping, metro, airport, and getting away from the daily traffic and crowds of people. I catch the metro straight from the airport gold class too accommodate my bags one way for 10dhs which is only 3 stops up. Get out at deira City center, and the hotel is literally right behind the metro station. Perfect!

I would have rated this hotel higher but the lady at the front desk was somwhat rude to me. She also lied to me about the Dubai fountains.

The facility is great but the DUTY MANAGER last 23 June 2017 was the worst ever. I think the management has to send him for MORE stress management seminar as he is very rude. It's not right to raise your voice to the guest most especially in front of the kids. You are a customer relations personnel so act appropriately. What you did was really unacceptable. I regret to say this, but I will not recommend my friends to stay there because of your shameful attitude.

Apartment hotel, I would consider somehow luxury. The only downside is the small gym with very limited options.
Their breakfast is good as well.
Location is great as the Deira Metro Station is a walking distance (2 minutes) in addition to the Deira City Center (shopping mall) and a plenty of small restaurants and convenient stores around.

I've been visiting this hotel since 2 years ago regularly. I go to Dubai every like 2-3 months for business and this hotel is the only place I really enjoy being in. The atmosphere is so intimate. You don't feel like you're in a hotel at all. The location is great and you have access to whatever you need within 5 minutes. Strongly recommend to try it.

Loved visiting here. The staff were so helpful and friendly.
The bed so comfortable.
Pool looked lovely. Close to the mall.
Wifi worked well but you are limited to three devices so use them wisely.
Breakfast buffet was good.
