Amazing hotel on the mountain, food is super nice, facilities are great, staff are very friendly and sincere, weather is fine I enjoyed the stay very much. I'd definitely would like to go again.

Awesome weekend getaway from bustle of Dubai. Peacocks, swimming pools, trekking and a few more activities make your stay memorable. Decent restaurant and reasonably priced during off seasons can be very expensive in weekends and winter.

Nice place for a weekend getaway. They have good barbecue and grills. They also have peacocks and other birds and animals for kids to enjoy. Archery is something you must try. Fun.

The staff and all the people working were very courteous and helpful, few of them did not understand English, else all fine.
The view is breathtaking. And peacocks, deers and goats are the highlights.
Food could have been better. Rooms and all recreational facilities were very nice.

Had a wonderful experience!!

Lovely tranquil place to visit. Try and ask for front row rooms as the view is slightly better as second row has the first row Infront of them. Definitely walk him the small hill to enjoy a lovely breezy ponder. The breakfast is 3 star at best as well as the pool, however there is a lot of activities that can be done on the hotel grounds, such as archery, mini golf, etc.

* I purchased a package which included a breakfast and many things like minigolf, gym access, indoor games. The price was very good.
* The whole stay was perfect from the beginning to the end thanks to the amazing staff. I felt warm welcomed, the service was exceptional and every single staff treated us so well!!
* The rooms were spacious, pretty, clean and with a great view.
* The food was fresh, tasty and for reasonable prices.
* I will definitely come back since it's not far from Dubai and one feels there like being on holidays.

Breathtaking views and very good hotel. Area is not necessarily the best place to be but the surroundings are just magnificent. This is where all the mountains of UAE/Oman are so it's definitely worth the look.

This is an epic getaway location perfect ofr families and couples. The renovations have made it for the price tag and you will find the service is excellent.

Being in the mountains the climate is cooler and infinitely more peaceful than the city. Adults only areas and and a kids rock pool/mini golf/animals make it a great place to relax or have fun.

Hands down, this is one of the most beautiful hotels in the UAE. The rooms were refurbished in 2016, and are so bright and lovely.

The facilities are great, and there are lots of activities to take part in.

The staff are very attentive and polite. They’ll help you with whatever you need to make sure that you are comfortable.

I’ll definitely be back!

Great hotel and wonderful location. Staff are unfortunately not hospitable and need new faces. People have been there for long. Have become complacent. Client is not important for them anymore. Been going there for 20 years. Now never set a foot again for over a year and not planning to either. Sadly

Great staff, service and rooms. Everyone was attentive and really seemed to care that we were comfortable. The newly renovated rooms were great and the grounds are green and serene. The hotel doesn't aim to be the swankiest in Dubai. Instead it is a great place for people in town who are looking for a old-school good service and nice weekend getaway from the bustle. The hotel is couple-friendly and the small pool is very nice, especially in the summer.

Only gripes are that the hotel could use more food options (the food was generally ok). The hotel was should also be clearer about about its policy towards Entertainer users, as they were a little shady in my experience (I later confirmed: Entertainer users will pay rack rates, undiscounted, which is normal. The hotels policy on using the Entertainer on weekends is still not clear. I was eventually able to use it on the weekend after being told I wouldn't initially).

Overall a lovely spot and pretty good value.

This place is truly a must see when visiting the UAE. From what I experienced it is a fantastic hotel, not over the top, with the benefit of a small and local history. I do recommend taking the time to enjoy an unbeatable Hatta Biker breakfast buffet, on the veranda or pool area, over looking the mountains and town!

great place for a breakfast a bit busy and terrace a bit small but if you get a chance to find a table with the mountain view ( not much due to way the table are setup) very a great place to relax for an hour or 2. The Cafe is a bit overprice to. a basket of croissant with two double expresso and 1 small water was almost 85 dh mean almost 21 Euro. Just deeply overprice.

This Hotel is the last hotel before the Oman Border. I've been here many times and love it. It's the best place I know of to get away for done peace and relaxation. It's just recently had a major makeover and is looking great. The food is great and the service is second to none.
