Nice hotel with only one bar at swimming pool and the breakfast is by menu.
Room very nice and bathroom is modern with nice balcony view to beach
Location is great just a minute to LA Mer Beach to have some relaxing and enjoyment time.

The electricity to our room, Room 311, constantly had issues. Lights turning off and on randomly. TV turning on and off randomly. Air conditioning DID NOT WORK. Could not relay issues to front desk due to language barrier. Very first night the lights wouldn’t turn off and they actually had to mess with the breaker to manually shut them off. The sad part? We probably spent a total of 5 hours in the room (aside from sleeping) and this is what we got. Book elsewhere until they actually have this new building up and running correctly.

Very well located hotel, fantastic breakfast, comfortable bed (one of the best ever). Nice and friendly staff.
Just I didn’t like the threatening sentence on the breakfast menu ( uneaten food will be paid for) you can just say please order responsibly to conserve food.
One white lady with dark hair is not welcoming and her attitude was bad. Others are more than perfect.

I realise it is a new property and you are still setting up, but the way you made me feel at home is commendable for such a new team. Derek, Margret and Alex take their roles as hosts in a professional manner, while providing the personal attention other Hyatt properties could hope to achieve.

Small size finally! Yes in Dubai this can be defined small and cozy, with a super attentive and caring staff. I will miss this atmosphere.
