  We’ve been staying at JET since 2015. Outstanding hotel, outstanding service and also a pleasure to stay here. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Perfectly located for either downtown shopping or a short Taxi Ride to JBR. The staff are professional and very polite. If you’re reading this, don’t waste your time going anywhere else, honestly.

  Jumeirah Emirates Towers is right where you want it - on top of future Museum and the Hub of Innovations. Rooms feels fresh and new. The breakfast provides a good selection of fresh fruits. And ask for a handmade cup of Ristretto or Cappuccino to the fresh pastry. We are looking forward to come back.

  2) The stuff was exceptional , very polite and helpful.

  1) Combs, threads and needles, and slippers for bathing were not available in the room.
  2) The interior design of the room looked old compared to a 5-star hotel—especially the wooden table and the color of the wood.
  3) The breakfast hall was relatively small and you had to wait for the table to be empty during the busy time.

  First time in Dubai and this was a great first hotel to stay in.
  
  Great location, beautifully furnished and modern room. Super comfortable bed. I need to go again.
  
  Be sure to check out the view from the bar on the 51st floor.

  Great hotel with great location and excellent services.
  Modern, clean and well maintained. Very clean and quiet room. Very speed check-in and check-out. Excellent and efficient valet parking.
  Good breakfast but needs improvement in terms of quality and variety.
  Professional and friendly staff.
  Shall stay here again in the future.
